“I stopped by O'Reilly's on Saturday afternoon after having a terrible and humiliating experience at the Autozone across the street. I was literally in tears as I walked in to purchase the correct bulb for my front headlight. The O'Reilly's employee was extremely empathetic and asked if I was ok, but I couldn't get any words out. I purchased the bulb and the employee walked with me to my car and switched out the bulb for me without asking. When I was finally able to muster out a few sentences and explain what happened at the previous vendor, the gentleman reassured me that he could help place the bulb in and he apologized that I had gone through an experience as such. I thanked the employee again for his help and his words. I wish I could have gotten his name, but I was really upset about the prior exchange at Autozone. Thank you for helping me and for treating me in a respectful manner. I appreciate the kindness that was extended to me.”

“Greeted by the assistant store manager and a smiling face filled with anticipation of being able to help a customer or potential customer. I had a battery issue and needed clarification if it was the battery, the alternator, or some other aspect so we would know what to fix. After several free diagnostic tests, he explained that he felt like the battery was sound and the truck just needed to be driven. He went to the trouble to explain that a lot of folks think that the alternator helps to charge up the battery while it's being driven, but in reality all it does is maintain the most recent level achieved. If the battery goes down a little, the alternator only maintains to that new level until a positive impact is made by charging.”

“Many thanks to Payton. I was traumatized, my driver side windshield wiper blew off during a storm on 10/23/23. I had recently had them replaced at a different company, which was closed when this happened. I stopped at OReillys purchased a wiper, however it could not be put in cause it was raining, I stopped by OReillys this morning at 7AM, Payton not only put in the new wiper he also checked the other one to make sure they were on there securely. I was on my way in 5 minutes. Payton, you helped me out today, and for that I am grateful, you are a tremendous asset to your company! Keep up the good work. This is why I only go to OReillys for my auto supplies.”

“I traveled with a friend from San Antonio to Austin this weekend. While in Austin her check engine light came on and her car wasn't running as good as usual. We went by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Austin on Lamar Blvd and they were very helpful! They came out and were able to tell us it was safe to drive back to SA. Very thankful for their help and at no charge.”

“Y'know, I'm a local yokel and I watched this place get built. Not that I don't mind going down FM 685 but O'Reilly is a *lot* closer to the house. In any case, tip o' the hat to Jeremiah, who helped me with the AC recharge in my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. He also went above and beyond and made sure first that the AC system didn't have any other problems (such as a leak). He also saved me some $$$, which is always a welcome thing.
