“Strongly recommend this place for car batteries. It's a little more expensive then a Wal-Mart, but on par for pretty much anywhere else. This was one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. When I came in the tech opened the door for me and greeted me. Was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I also STRONGLY recommend getting them to do the installation. I've changed my own batteries plenty of times but their techs have all the right chemicals and parts to set you up for success and it is WELL worth the $20 to have a pro take care of it rather than doing it myself in the parking lot or at home.”

“The employees were very friendly and helpful. I really want to point out that apart from the amazing customer service, the store was also very clean and well maintained. I’d also like to point out that whoever this Viktor Jumabayev is might not be the brightest and probably used to ride the short bus because if you don’t understand how their very simple and very basic warranty works then there has to be something wrong mentally. They always explain how their warranty works. The warranty is linked to the phone number and/or receipt of the customer who purchased it. I’ve bought multiple batteries from O’reillys and have never had any issues because it was under MY PHONE NUMBER. If someone else purchased it then obviously they wouldn’t warranty it out. They’re not going to give away free batteries to someone who hasn’t bought one in the first place and I can guarantee that they explained it to you because they’ve explained it to me every time I buy one and every other customer as well. If you’re too dense to understand then it’s probably better if you go somewhere else like auto zone or maybe just go get a battery from a junk yard instead. Anyways now that I’m done ranting, I’d like to say that this store has given me the best service out of every other O’reillys I’ve been to. They always help me and they’re always very friendly and professional. 10/10 will absolutely continue going to this store.”
