“I stopped by O'Reilly's on Saturday afternoon after having a terrible and humiliating experience at the Autozone across the street. I was literally in tears as I walked in to purchase the correct bulb for my front headlight. The O'Reilly's employee was extremely empathetic and asked if I was ok, but I couldn't get any words out. I purchased the bulb and the employee walked with me to my car and switched out the bulb for me without asking. When I was finally able to muster out a few sentences and explain what happened at the previous vendor, the gentleman reassured me that he could help place the bulb in and he apologized that I had gone through an experience as such. I thanked the employee again for his help and his words. I wish I could have gotten his name, but I was really upset about the prior exchange at Autozone. Thank you for helping me and for treating me in a respectful manner. I appreciate the kindness that was extended to me.”

“Many thanks to Payton. I was traumatized, my driver side windshield wiper blew off during a storm on 10/23/23. I had recently had them replaced at a different company, which was closed when this happened. I stopped at OReillys purchased a wiper, however it could not be put in cause it was raining, I stopped by OReillys this morning at 7AM, Payton not only put in the new wiper he also checked the other one to make sure they were on there securely. I was on my way in 5 minutes. Payton, you helped me out today, and for that I am grateful, you are a tremendous asset to your company! Keep up the good work. This is why I only go to OReillys for my auto supplies.”
