“This review is specifically for Hudson, the staff member who was working alone at close on Sunday, June 22. The store closes at 3 pm on Sundays, and at 2:45 there was a line 20+ people deep. The self-service kiosk was down, so even folks with QR codes and prepaid labels had to wait in line. That was very inconvenient, and people were understandably frustrated with the wait, but Hudson was cheerful and helpful the whole time. He worked as fast as he could to work through the line, staying well after closing to get through everyone. While I hope the store will consider additional weekend staffing, I wanted to shout out Hudson for his excellent customer service under difficult circumstances ?”
“Rita is above & beyond! I saw another review about someone yelling at the very calm woman....bet it was her. So, I arrived at 2:55 pm on Sunday, when business hours end at 3 pm. I already felt like a jerk for arriving late; and when I entered.... 3-4 were in front of me and one behind me. She just handled it. No one's- I mean NO ONE's- shipping was simple, most had multiple items w/ different situations to go over; one lady even needed her to come to the car to help carry an awkward/large box. Rita was efficient but not rushy, didn't show any frustration, and just took care of business. I ended up going last since the person behind me had scannable dropoffs. Icing on the cake: she made use of the time when the lady with the box went back to her car for one more box, knocking out a quick scan & go. Love it. I was beyond grateful for her kindness and regretted not having money to tip (I felt the $2 I had would be insulting) but I hope she gets raises and promotions for her excellent work and kindness. My receipt says we were done at 3:22 and for anyone who has worked a retail location - well we know there are often closing responsibilities. I hope UPS home office sees this. I am a huge fan and after the postal service literally delivered rods to my mom 4 months after I sent her books, not rods.....UPS gets all my business, and specifically Round Rock on 620. Many many thanks.”

“Small place. Friendly. Helpful. The Ups store I first went to could not print my shipping label from my phone. Ups store printers not available to use from a customer's phone either. Thankfully the Postal Annex was there to help me print my label and mail my package. Very nice place.”

“I was able to drop off my prepaid and pre-labeled package to be shipped Next Day Air, and I was given a drop-off package receipt by the clerk, all within less than one minute. Speedy service at 10:00 AM on a Wednesday, so I suppose I was lucky, but I'll still give my experience a 10 on this survey.”
