“I’ve been using the UPS Store on W. 34th as an extension of my office for over 20 years. I’ve almost always had a good experience, but during a recent fire drill I had very strong support from the store manager, Jacob.
Jacob was calm and confident and had good people skills. I had to deliver 2 packages of legal documents ,surveys & easements in duplicate & notarized. I fired off several emails to print and came in ready to start putting them together
I walked in & Jacob had both complete sets waiting / exactly as requested. He listened and then he delivered, calmly and confidently and correctly. UPS you have a winner here”

“Ernesto is the man. He helped me ship out 20 boxes for an event in literally 30 minutes. He was kind, patient and moved super quickly.
The rest of the store employees also worked at a super fast pace to stop the line from getting backed up while I had to deal with this giant shipment.

It was shockingly expensive, but let me be clear: It’s entirely possible that owners have zero say in setting rates. Everything is pretty expensive these days! I REALLY appreciated being asked if I have AAA…I do, and that shaved $4 off.”

“I have been a customer since 2015. Scan Mailboxes is an excellent alternative to a post office box. We have so much trouble with theft and mis-delivery at our community mailbox we could not trust important mail and shipments to the local mail. I highly reccomend their service. Also, as an added benefit, you are supporting a Deaf-Owned community business as well!”

They provided a fair quote for both freight and crating, and even handled pickup. Shipping was quick, and the item arrived in perfect condition. When every other packaging place in town basically said they wouldn't make a custom box this week, she was willing to do it, and on top of that, she didn't charge me anything for it. This is a local small business that everyone in South Austin should be supporting. They also had a really interesting selection of gift items as well.”
