“I rent from this location probably 2 to 3 times a month, sometimes as often as four or five, and I’ve so far never had a bad experience. I’m not asking or looking for much, just a specific size trailer when I need it, and that’s one thing they always have. Customer service is always great, as I streamline the process by having the app and reserving anything I need the night before so that it’s super easy and convenient for both sides. When I like a business, I download the app if they have one, because ordering ahead always makes a difference for my customer service experience. I bring the trailers back as clean or cleaner than I got them, so I’ve never had an issue or anything with cleaning face. I think what you give is what you get with any business. I get top-notch service because I’ve made a relationship with one company and give a top-notch customer experience in return to any of the workers or employees. Make it easy and you’ll get it easy!”

“I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me but he was awesome. During the checkout process we talked about music of different genres and even while we did that, he didn’t fail to explain to me the policies and procedures of Uhaul. He was very clear and thorough while being funny. I’d definitely come back. Now the van, it was a nice drive. I enjoyed the rear view mirror having the backup camera within it so I could see. The van was very clean and had a full tank of gas. The drive was smooth.”

“These guys are great. I came to get a tow dolly, but there was a fault in the taillight on the one I reserved. I guess that the others they had needed to be returned to the same location, and I was gonna drop it off 45 miles away. They tried to fix it, but it needed more work than a quick little fix could do.
So, they gave me a local one and extended the time so I could return it when I came back down. That was great, as I was coming back down in a couple days. I just returned it last night and the U-Haul app wanted to charge me extra. I disagreed with that and submitted that and then this morning I just got a receipt that stated what we agreed to.”
