“I have shopped at Cato multiple times. Personally, I have never gone in and had a rude attendant. All of the staff are very sweet, the are informative and answer questions, and for this particular time: About 2 weeks ago I had gone in and found the most gorgeous pink heels I've ever seen in my life. I simply had to have them. But none were in my size. One of the employees noticed my dilemma and had suggested they order from another store that had my size and simply ship it over. Long story short, I got the best pair of heels for my pink obsession XD. My recommendation if a store isn't working out for you? Try coming in another time. Staff moves around, shift changes, and people wake up brighter. Hope this review helps ;).”
