“We were in tonight on 12/30/25 in the last hour of business I believe. The young man who checked us out was so great. Very kind, attentive and took great care with everyone he helped. We were in line behind 2 or 3 customers and the care he gave was rare for these days. He was also patient explaining sales etc. He deserves a raise or promotion in my opinion. Great customer care. I also love my new skirt and gyoza/dumpling dish purchased. Thanks!”

“I just wanted to say the interaction with all the stuff and help they assisted me with was amazing. Finding good denim jeans with the details I want has always been an issue but I walked in and they helped no questions asked. And I wanted to shout out to Kanleigh(I believe?) she was so easy going and found me jeans that I didn’t even know existed. Will for sure be going back for jeans and shorts from now on!!”
“I visited this location a couple days ago, the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly, particularly Phoenix. He was very attentive and eager to help, knowledgeable of their stock, sales, and prices, and about their point system accounts! he truly knew what he was doing and it was very refreshing to experience.”
“The two staff members that were there at around 12:00pm on 05/23/26 were absolutely amazing!!! As soon as I walked in they both greeted me and asked if I needed help. I went in not knowing what size I am because I’m pregnant and one of the lovely ladies could tell I was lost and she talked with me about sizes and what she recommended for me as someone who’d grow bigger in the summer. The other amazing lady there talked to me about how they can order stuff for me if I needed. I ended up not purchasing anything because I had to leave to go sit down because I was tired from walking. But, I’d come back just because of this experience. I wish I had gotten their names, but if their boss knows who they are I hope they see this. They were absolutely wonderful!!!”
“I moved farther away from Barton Creek Mall, which had an Aerie & Offline store, so now I purchase online and pick up or return at this AE location. I’m always greeted warmly, the store is tidy, and returns are quick and easy! I’ve had over 10 visits to this store this year and love their great customer service.”
“Went to this location looking for masks. Yes mask ? and the store had just opened.
Soon as I walked in Lori greeted me and asked if I needed help. Immediately o said yes, because this was not a “cruise shopping trip”. Told her I was looking for
masks and she walked me to the bin and I noticed they only had one color - all blacks. She offers to go to the back stockroom to look for more prints. She came back with additional colors - I ended up purchasing one of each she found and two packs of black masks. Lori was happy, helpful, attentive and offered to search for more.

Location is in a good shopping area, ample parking. Store was manageable and racks were not over stuffed like many old navy stores.”

“I've been to this location several times and had great customer service. I hadn't bought new jeans in a while, so today an employee spent tons of time helping me understand different types of jeans they have now to figure out what I like. Also, there are multi-speed fans in the dressing rooms.”
“This store was great! I just dropped in to kill some time before meeting a friend for lunch. Greeted as I walked in but absolutely no pressure. As I walked around, all of the merchandise was neat and tidy. The cashier was helping another customer but stopped to greet me. I was very impressed and will be back to shop when I have more time to do so.”
“My wife picked up some things for my granddaughter to try a couple of days ago after explicitly saying she wanted to return anything that she didn't like or fit. Going back she was told they were non returnable. All in perfect condition with receipt and tags. ...Chicos corporate made good on this for my wife. The sales clerk slipped up not pointing out that this particular item was not returnable after my wife made it clear that she was shopping for someone else's approval. Kudos to Chicos for making an exception - and keeping a customer!”
“Love the clothes from here! My first experience was not that great with the staff however. I'm younger and definitely was not dressed up. One of the ladies working the register was very rude to me. And definitely made me feel unwelcome. The other young woman was very helpful and kind and helped me have a better experience. I go back in once every couple of months to see their new items.”

“Super cool store! I bought a Buddha lamp, beautiful door chimes and this really quirky bathroom read book. If you spend at least $40 you get a free face mask. ? Ty! As of 11/1 Lakeline extended there hours from 7pm till 9pm. Some of the stores closed early, but this store stayed open till 9. Great customer service. Highly recommend.”

I didn't find a lot of boys set clothes size 8. Also I didn't find sketchers shoes for girls size 13. But I find sandles for girls size 13 a lot and my little one choose one from them”
“Mary is PHENOMENAL! She was super friendly and patient with all of my needs. The store itself has THE BEST lay out of any Windsor I've ever been to making it easy to maneuver through the store with ease. Even with multiple customers in the store it did not feel crowded like other ones. LOVE this location!”

“I had a really great experience at Hollister thanks to one of the associates (during the busy Christmas season). He was a young gentleman with curly dark hair, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout my visit. He did an amazing job multitasking without losing his calm or friendliness, even when someone interrupted him while he was assisting me. His kind-hearted attitude truly stood out and made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. I just wish I had gotten his name so he could be properly recognized!”

“The staff was unattentive, seemed like they really didn't want to be there, and didn't do anything (check us out or get us a fitting room) without being flagged down. That said, the prices and selection of things here always makes me happy. I get my favorite, cute, comfortable jean shorts and summer dresses here. This time, they also surprised me with a big seasonal sale, fuzzy wolf ear hats, and soft light jackets + sweaters.”
