“Stormy and Sam were off the hook. I hate shopping, especially with my toddler,because it’s chaotic and I see pretty things on hangers but I have enough mental capacity to make 1 trip to the fitting room. The pretty things on hangers NEVER look good in the fitting room or are my size. So shopping becomes a tragedy instead of an enjoyable experience and day where I do t have to second guess my purchase choices. Stormy single handedly made my experience relaxing, justified in spending and actually FUN. She asked me for my style, asked me what I needed and filtered a few sizes to narrow down what fits me. She literally was like a professional stylist and hand picked an entire new closet for me. After we were on a good trajectory, Sam swooped in and started exchanging things that weren’t fitting right and helping me single in on my choices. Buckle isn’t the cheapest nor is it extremely expensive. But I will say I felt good with my purchase and didn’t leave feeling like it was a panic buy or a mistake. Everything I have worn has gotten a compliment and I wish everyone in retail loved their job as much as those two girls did. I would spend money with them every time.”

“We were in tonight on 12/30/25 in the last hour of business I believe. The young man who checked us out was so great. Very kind, attentive and took great care with everyone he helped. We were in line behind 2 or 3 customers and the care he gave was rare for these days. He was also patient explaining sales etc. He deserves a raise or promotion in my opinion. Great customer care. I also love my new skirt and gyoza/dumpling dish purchased. Thanks!”

“My wife picked up some things for my granddaughter to try a couple of days ago after explicitly saying she wanted to return anything that she didn't like or fit. Going back she was told they were non returnable. All in perfect condition with receipt and tags. ...Chicos corporate made good on this for my wife. The sales clerk slipped up not pointing out that this particular item was not returnable after my wife made it clear that she was shopping for someone else's approval. Kudos to Chicos for making an exception - and keeping a customer!”

“Went to this location looking for masks. Yes mask ? and the store had just opened. Soon as I walked in Lori greeted me and asked if I needed help. Immediately o said yes, because this was not a “cruise shopping trip”. Told her I was looking for masks and she walked me to the bin and I noticed they only had one color - all blacks. She offers to go to the back stockroom to look for more prints. She came back with additional colors - I ended up purchasing one of each she found and two packs of black masks. Lori was happy, helpful, attentive and offered to search for more. Thanks Lori for saving me airport time. Location is in a good shopping area, ample parking. Store was manageable and racks were not over stuffed like many old navy stores.”

That said, the prices and selection of things here always makes me happy. I get my favorite, cute, comfortable jean shorts and summer dresses here. This time, they also surprised me with a big seasonal sale, fuzzy wolf ear hats, and soft light jackets + sweaters.”

“Super cool store! I bought a Buddha lamp, beautiful door chimes and this really quirky bathroom read book. If you spend at least $40 you get a free face mask. ? Ty! As of 11/1 Lakeline extended there hours from 7pm till 9pm. Some of the stores closed early, but this store stayed open till 9. Great customer service. Highly recommend.”

“What a cute little coffee shop! Lola is actually inside a corner of The Grove, which can make its entrance just a little hard to find as the entrance is over by the shops, not the entrance to The Grove. At the time of this review, they are only open from 7a-11a, likely bc they share tables with the restaurant. This also means that all seating is at tables, with no comfy lounge chairs. Staff was very nice, and they actually served my coffee in a real mug-something I love but that seems to have faded in the post-pandemic world. I ordered an Americano, Migas Taco, and a Blueberry muffin for the kiddo. The baked goods are delivered fresh each day from Texas French Bread Bakery and Bistro. I also saw the baristo making a latte drink for another customer and the milk art he did on top was gorgeous! I would have snagged a pic for you, but that probably would have been a little creepy. The Migas taco was flavorful and, combined with the verde salsa, has a nice kick to it. All in all, a nice place to grab a good cup of coffee!”
