“this smoke shop, without a doubt, is the best smoke shop in the valley. i haven’t been here in a few months (and it breaks my heart) because i moved further away from it but i think about this smoke shop ALL the time. not only do they have the best selection of just about anything you need, but what really makes it is the customer service that you can’t get at any of the smoke shop and trust me, I go to a lot of smoke shops, and nothing even compares to the quality you get at this smoke shop. I have yet to find another smoke shop that can hold a conversation about “water pipes” and know what they’re talking about like the employees at this Pokeys planet. i honestly haven’t event been able to buy another “water pipe” because half the time other smokes shops don’t let you look at their top shelf “water pipes” and/or don’t know anything about said “water pipes” . i love this Pokeys Planet and the employees they have and just wanted to ramble because the Pokeys in weslaco suckkkkked lmfao. Much Love”

This isn't JUST a typical shop where you just get something and go, it's a shop where they actually get to know their customer and remember what their customers got in order to better serve them.Customer service is hands down the best for a smoke shop and product knowledge is second to none. This store seems to have whatever you might be looking for. They even have sampling areas so you can try different products. Prices all seemed reasonable with low price items to very high end bottles. If your looking for a great place to stock up for parties this should be on your list of places to check out”
“Our first visit here. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store was very clean and well organized. With the help of the young man we made our purchase without any hassle. Like some stores the charge a percentage to a card purchase so we paid cash. I especially liked all the monkeys around the shop and the art work on the back wall. We will be back.”
