After keeping the vehicle for a full week and charging $1,000, they provided an incorrect diagnosis and then requested an additional $2,000 to perform the proper repair.
Seeking a second opinion, I brought the truck to Pop’s Alignment Shop in Pinehurst. From the outset, the team conducted a thorough and accurate diagnosis, identifying the true issue efficiently. They completed the necessary repairs at a fraction of the cost quoted by the dealership, and the work was finished in just one days—compared to the week required at Tomball Dodge.

“Guys here are super nice, took a harley exhaust to them for a older bike in a pinch, o2 sensor bungs were in the wrong place, marked it up to it to them, just test fitted, all good. Great price, ate lunch next door, came back all done on my way. Keep in mind with this kind of service and quality won't last long before they get backed up so might not be as fast, but for now was in and out within an hour. Welds look great, had everything I needed..Couldn't be happier, all the guys in the shop are more than willing to help, and very attentive.

“I came to El Azteca to have an allow wheel repaired off my Alfa Romero Giulia. The wheel was cracked on the inside surface. These guys were very friendly and courteous. I dropped the wheel off with them and it was completed in a few hours. The price was excellent, too. Multiple times cheaper than buying even a used wheel. She went and got the tires installed - they worked very quickly and pointed out her brakes were needing replacing as well. They installed the brakes while doing the tires and it was a very quick experience. Would recommend and will go again.”

“Jeremy and his techs dropped what they were doing to help me in a time of need. Front brakes on my 2016 RAM Ecodiesel started dragging really bad while headed south on 249 with four hour drive to go to get home to Louisiana. I pulled over to discover the front brakes billowing smoke. Googled mechanic shops near me and found Xcelerate Street Performance about a mile south on 249. Nursed the truck to the shop. This was around 3:30 PM Friday. Jeremy immediately walked out to ask how he could help. He diagnosed the problem, found new brake parts close by, assigned a tech to repair each wheel, and got me back on road at 5:04!!! This would have been a great opportunity to sock it to me on the costs, but the price was very reasonable. I would never have believed I could get such great service late Friday afternoon! If I had not lucked up on Jeremy’s shop I would have had a tow and motel charges until at least Monday.”
