“Every company needs a Michael in their life!! My husband and I came in yesterday (04/08) to get the gate code to our new unit, and the lead, Michael P. was extremely helpful! Not only was he knowledgeable and very detail-oriented, he even went the extra mile of taking us directly to our new unit and made sure we were comfortable operating the lock system before heading back to the office. That type of professionalism and kindness is very rare these days. We are new to the Plano area and are so glad we picked this location to store our extra things. Thank you so much again Michael!!”
“My experience has been great. Customer service is always excellent. They are willing to work with you and treat you like you matter and not just another customer they have to deal with. I think the person's name I spoke with was Dylan. In any case, they were super professional and very pleasant to deal with. I have never had any issues in the past six months. Access has been great, as well as any interactions. Definitely recommend this place.”
“Bright, clean facility on a safe and well-kept property. Courteous and professional staff. Good selection of packing supplies for sale in the office. They just need to put a doorstop back on the front door; it's been missing for at least three years. Moving shouldn't involve scavenging behind the bushes for bricks to use instead.”

Good location in an industrial area, easily accessible, and good security onsite (keypad entry, electric fence, etc.). There is also an RV shop onsite if you need one; I have no experience with them, so I'm not saying anything positive or negative there - just mentioning that it exists. Their customer service was also pleasant to deal with over the phone. I look forward to returning!”
