I’ll call him Multitasker. Never got his name. On a call with his manager, assisting his co worker with customer questions and shut down my old cell phone and even boxed it for me! Such an easy stop that took less than 5 minutes!

Jeremy helped me get set up with my daughter's new iPhone 16. Very patient and helpful - helped me clean up an issue caused by ATT customer support line. Can't say enough positive things about his work and approach.

Brenton did an awesome job helping me out with my account. Explained all the new phones coming and options very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I’m off Tuesday.
