Erica examined the phone, settings , and made the needed adjustments to restart emails showing on my phone. Erica is very knowledgeable , and made me happy that I switched to T-Mobile . She is typical of the outstanding providers of customer service company wide .She did that in 10 minutes and I was on my way.

“Kasandra was wonderful today when I stopped by Sam’s to get some IT help. I was locked out of my phone for two days so I lost a lot of my passcodes and facial recognition and so many little technical things that I didn’t know how to set back up. She had no problem with anything and was wonderful and did about 20 different Little set ups for me and was very patient and great… My life is so much better now… That my phone is working, I can see the fonts now because they’re larger, my calendar doesn’t have all the holidays on it and Siri answers me in my Phone knows my face thank you… And I could go on and on and on. Kassandra You are the best!!! I’m certainly coming back here to bug her the next time I need some IT help!!! I think it’s great that T-Mobile has these kiosk’s at Sam’s… But you need to have a few chairs for customers and for the employees. They shouldn’t have to stand on concrete floors for a whole entire shift without a chance to sit down… Treat your employees better, please… Let them sit down once in a while. Because they are the reason I stay with T-Mobile..”

Tony, the manager, along with sales members Gurkamal, Leandro, and Issac, were all outstanding.
They helped me switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They found me a great deal on a new plan, carefully explained the whole process, and went over the rebates multiple times to make sure I fully understood everything. They were extremely patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction.

Within a short time, they had everything taken care of and my issue completely resolved.

“Came here around 3 to get my phone replaced. Honestly, the service from Joey was superb. I believe going mid day is best because there is less of a crowd and more employees. Do not go after 5 unless you plan on waiting. I’m changing my review to 5 stars because the service was fast and Joey was excellent and communicative.
Take about 2- 3 hours of your day if you plan on coming here. This is NOT a place you receive prompt service. Seriously. There are not many workers and the store tends to be PACKED. Not enough seating either. I had to leave! With a broken phone”
“I loved the staff . Very very welcoming . When I went in with my brother right after work, we came in to fix something and they were very cooperative with us. Alexis and Melanie were on the clock when we arrived there and right when we walked in they greeted us with a smile and we just felt welcomed , they helped us out with everything we needed . Plus I added like 1,000 questions and Melanie kindly answered all of them which I appreciated very much . 100/100 service!! .
