“A big thank you to Jon, who removed the temporary data block on my line. His help got the phone working on AT&T's network while the compatibility issue gets sorted out, and it made a frustrating situation much easier. Jon is able to give suggestions on what ifs and preventative measures. Truly excellent service from start to finish!”

“had an excellent experience with Reeya at AT&T! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was taken care of. Her positive attitude, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service from someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Reeya went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and she is a great representation of AT&T. If you visit AT&T, I highly recommend asking for Reeya. She deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service!”

“I loved the staff . Very very welcoming . When I went in with my brother right after work, we came in to fix something and they were very cooperative with us. Alexis and Melanie were on the clock when we arrived there and right when we walked in they greeted us with a smile and we just felt welcomed , they helped us out with everything we needed . Plus I added like 1,000 questions and Melanie kindly answered all of them which I appreciated very much . 100/100 service!! . Melanie and Alexis were very patient with us and that’s what most customers need when it comes to receiving help so I really appreciated their enthusiasm and hope you guys get to meet them if you go there”

“I couldn’t ask for better customer service! Armato and his team are always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely courteous. I originally came into the store after spending weeks trying to resolve an issue over the phone with AT&T without any success. Within a short time, they had everything taken care of and my issue completely resolved. I recently came back to the same store to purchase a set of AirPods, and Victor took great care of me. Once again, the service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond for their customers. If you’re looking for an AT&T store with employees who truly care and know what they’re doing, this is the place to go. Thank you all for the exceptional service—keep up the awesome work!”
