This place did not disappoint! Food was spectacular, the knowledge of the cuts of meat and suggested wines were impressive. I didn’t realize it was such a small place, so definitely glad we made a reservation. Service was great. Will be back to check out lunch and brunch next!

Very special and intimate dining experience. The BEST dinner I’ve ever had in my life. Not only is the food spectacular, but the education and dedication to the craft is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Lane and Kelsey gave us an experience we will never forget!
Primarily a craft butchery emporium providing a variety of premium wet and dry-aged steaks during the day. In the evenings at the turn of the clock we transform into a exquisite dining establishment. You will enjoy a very intimate setting with a unique view of our one-of-a-kind dry-aging room. Highlighted by a 300 sqft illuminated Himalayan salt wall, you will see cuts of prime and exotic beef such as Akaushi Wagyu, Kuroge Washu Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, A5 Wagyu (Snow Beef) from Hokkaido Japan, American Wagyu and some of the very best USDA Black Angus Beef you will ever experience.
