“I can't say enough about how Mike Walker and his team went above and beyond for me. It all started with a simple phone call, where I spoke with Anna. At the end of our conversation, she told me she’d drop by my home to leave her card. After that, I scheduled a time to bring in my camper so they could better understand the issue (my slide-out wasn’t working).
Unfortunately, I missed my initial appointment because I forgot to bring my hitch, so I had to reschedule – on Christmas Eve! But when I met with Mike, everything became incredibly easy. “I took my Car to Cisco’s for the second time today (my car is older and the Chevy dealer won’t work on it anyone, but the Chevy service guy referred me to Cisco because he takes his car here). It can be scary to take your car to new service spot because so often they try to charge you for things you don’t need. Cisco is so friendly, honest, and fair with service and pricing. I drive past multiple places to come here because of the great service and friendly staff!! I can’t recommend this place enough!!! You are in great hands at Cisco’s!”

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. David Rojas helped me with the first vehicle repair, and he was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. The repairs were flawless, and the whole process was seamless.
More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.
If you ever need collision repairs, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Greg or David. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel.
