I received very bad customer service. There was no one available to open an account and the manager, Pon Xayphan, did no have a worker to help. He did not assist me either. Don't go to this bank.

I have always had fast, pleasant service. Given the published banking restrictions, I have not had any problems outside my own wish accounts would post faster. Greeted with a smile always.
