“I have been shopping at this Best Buy since 2015 and even though the layout has changed a million times, I have never had an issue with service. The employees are always professional and timely and accommodating. Today, I had to find a specifically sized microwave to fit the frame of our microwave cabinet so I brought the frame with me. Walking in with a large frame, the employees pointed me to the appliance area & I was able to find the right sized microwave & check out quickly.”

Erica examined the phone, settings , and made the needed adjustments to restart emails showing on my phone. Erica is very knowledgeable , and made me happy that I switched to T-Mobile . She is typical of the outstanding providers of customer service company wide .She did that in 10 minutes and I was on my way.

“Never been to this one store before. It was very clean and nice. Everyone was nice and was greated after I walked in. I went to the bakery to get a birthday cake. But because it was after 5 no one was there to write Happy Birthday on the cake. A little disappointed. But I understand peoples schedule just wish somebody had been there so they could ride on it. But other then that the store was nice.”
“I went to this Metro office praying that someone here could help me after failed attempts @ 2 other Metro locations .The employee named Abdul A. was the best person I have worked with in years. He was very knowledgeable , professional, courteous, and respectful and was able to get me the best bang for the Buck. I was awed at what he was able to do for me, schooling me on features, websites, billing, etc. This ole Texas country boy was very overwhelmed with this young man's patience and help. “I wish to warn the people visiting this store about certain people waiting outside the store to preach you about Jesus and his teachings ‘wanting’ to convert my religion. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon during busy hours and I hope the store takes some action against people who wait outside trying to make people uncomfortable. A lady stopped me as soon as I exited the store and reached out with a handshake with two other people and all started preaching.
I only went into the store for Amazon returns and i’m sure the store has a variety of products to offer with helpful and knowledgeable staff.”

“Miss Dayle was very friendly and informative. She was thorough and helpful in making sure that we were getting the right equipment for our picnic gathering.The equipment was in good condition and we had no issues. I will suggest that you get a thorough inspection to make sure everything is in good working condition prior to receiving your equipment.The location of the store was difficult to locate because it is inside the Willow Bend Mall and the location maps inside have not been updated. Best location to park is the parking garage right next to Dillards next to the Food Court entrance.Although the location is not close to where we live, I will be back for future rental equipment assistance.”

“$5 and below vivitar toys are my fav i check them out every single time I visit. In general I feel food like bread cake here are little better quality. Less sugar and less salt than walmart for similar items but that's my taste. But walmart as such brand is not bad eg walmart in canada carried much better quality similar ready to eat food items.”

“Loved Car Wash here!! But for premium car wash, they have a bundle in which I didn't feel like they did halo shine and extreme shine. However, they did star-color foaming and an extra drying process. Totally recommend!!”
“I have been purchasing quality audio and video equipment for many years from Modia and Ben is always very helpful, informative and responsive. I recently bought a new Yamaha home theater receiver from Ben and the service was great as the set up was a bit more complicated than I anticipated. This was followed up with a visit from Robert to further adjust some settings and tweak my system. Man, Robert is (as my wife said) the "Stereo Whisperer" and he was absolutely fantastic not only in solving the issues I had with a simply rewiring fix, but he further enhance my systems performance and delivery/sound overall to another level. “I loved the staff . Very very welcoming . When I went in with my brother right after work, we came in to fix something and they were very cooperative with us. Alexis and Melanie were on the clock when we arrived there and right when we walked in they greeted us with a smile and we just felt welcomed , they helped us out with everything we needed . Plus I added like 1,000 questions and Melanie kindly answered all of them which I appreciated very much . 100/100 service!! . “First off, the gas pumps and some parking is under major construction. We stopped by for free Slurpee day, 7-11-23. They had four flavors available and the station was clean. There were other items on sale so we grabbed some single serve ice cream. The clerk was pleasant and friendly. He even encouraged people coming in to get their free Slurpees. I'm surprised everyone doesn't know about this! Anyway, I'm more likely to return once they finish the construction.”
