Pretty slow whether you have an Appointment or no appointment. They are friendly and helpful with questions just slow with check in, service, and pick up. Best to be dropped off while work is done and picked up after.

The wait is way too long. Got a call saying my car is ready to be picked up, but I still need to wait for another 20 minutes at the front desk.
