I was a little bit frustrated with some pumps that seem to be non operational and we're not flagged when you pull up. Therefore, you waste your time and energy getting out and then back into the car to have to move to another pump. Fortunately it wasn't bad weather.”

“You cannot go wrong at Costco. They sell high quality goods in bulk packages. We shop here regularly for so many staples at great prices. Costco is very picky about the brands they stock to make it easy for you. If they sell it, most likely it's good. Costco rotates brands sometimes so don't expect your favorite product to stick around forever. Costco is the millionaire's Wal-mart. Some (not all) of the items tend to be high-quality or designed for large houses (e.g. a huge wreath for the front door) and buying items in bulk is more practical if you have a large house with lots of storage space. But everyone can enjoy shopping here. The large package sizes are obviously helpful for families. Even couples or singles can benefit from Costco sizes, though - the trick is to shop for non-perishable goods (toothbrushes, vitamins, pantry items) or stock up for parties. It's a bit of a madhouse if you go on weekends, but you get free samples. Costco also has online deals, and they sell jewelry and electronics too. I LOVE Costco's returns: no-receipt no-questions-asked for 12 months policy. You decide you don't like it, it goes bad early, return it for your money back even if open. It makes shopping here low-risk. I have had memberships both at Costco and Sams and greatly prefer Costco.”

Lines move quickly and we like that you can pay using the scan and go feature from your phone instead of inserting your card into the machine. The gas pumps are off to the side and around towards the back of the store so you won’t be able to see them if you enter from the front of the store coming from 75 on Spring Creek toward Ave K.”

“I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”

“Since people normally only write reviews when it's bad, I thought I should mention my good experience. I purchased tires on Tuesday evening online, and made an appointment for 8am on Friday. The tires came in early, and I was called by a lady from the Tire Center asking if I wanted to change to an earlier appointment. I said no and kept my 8am appointment. I showed up at 7:50am, and at 8:00am sharp a young man opened the tire center bay doors, and I was let in. Everything went smoothly, and tires were installed in an hour. Everyone I dealt with was professional, and the price was great. In addition, I had them check and replace a battery, whoever did it did a great job of cleaning and spraying with anti-corrosion spray the terminal connections. I was expecting some poor service based on the reviews, but honestly it was as good as Costco and way less crowded.”

“You know those times when someone unexpected simply inspires you? I'm sitting at Costco for the third time in 2 weeks to get new tires. I mentioned to my wife last week that Jesus at the tire place has a great attitude, and was very helpful. He saw me walk in to order my tires which I had priced out a week earlier and he remembered my name, the car and tire size. Guy must have had 200 customers that day. I'm not a very memorable guy. Today he spots me sitting around the food court waiting for the tires to be installed and takes the time to stop and greet me by name. Then goes on to help the next customer with that same smile and enthusiasm. So I'm inspired today because I do the same job everyday and there are those tough days. Today I'm taking a page out of Jesus's book on customer service and good attitude. Thanks Jesus - hope Costco management reads this and recognized you. Happy New Year.”

“I went to my dealership for a full inspection and told the rep to please inspect one of my tire due to low air indicator on the dashboard. The dealership reported back and said there was indeed a nail lodged causing a slow leak. I had 2 options filling the tire with air and leave or do the recommended: get an alignment ($159.95 even though my car was not pulling left or right) AND buy a new tire ($254.95) because it was deemed irreparable due to the “placement of nail”.
Instead of $415 of recommended work and tire, I opted to go to my trusted Costco tire center in Plano. Paid $13.98 for the cost of repair. Albert Ecuia, Ryan Cook, and Austin Holbrook at Costco tire center were straightforward and helpful in getting the best care for my tires . Their help put my mind at ease knowing I could drive safely with the repaired tire. And they saved me $415. Trust is something you cannot buy! Thank you Costco Tire Team!”
