“Jan2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location for fuel.I stopped by this location as a result of stopping in the store looking for a few items that I needed. On my way out I saw that the station had plenty of pumps available and they were easy to access with my large vehicle. I was able to get into the pumping area and out without any difficulty. There was a person in the area watching the pumps.”

“Really nice Costco. The staff is very friendly and upbeat and polite. Very good prices. Good sized parking lot. I just wish they would put signs up telling you what number you parked in. It is easy to forget where you parked. Very busy on weekends, i highly recommended going on a weekday where it is less crowded. Good place to have lunch In because the price is so reasonable. I would share a hot dog or pizza because it is so huge. I like how they check your reciipt to verify your purchases. As of January 2024 they are testing a check in machine with your picture coming up on the screen. Just FYI.”

“You know those times when someone unexpected simply inspires you? I'm sitting at Costco for the third time in 2 weeks to get new tires. I mentioned to my wife last week that Jesus at the tire place has a great attitude, and was very helpful. He saw me walk in to order my tires which I had priced out a week earlier and he remembered my name, the car and tire size. Guy must have had 200 customers that day. I'm not a very memorable guy. Today he spots me sitting around the food court waiting for the tires to be installed and takes the time to stop and greet me by name. Then goes on to help the next customer with that same smile and enthusiasm.So I'm inspired today because I do the same job everyday and there are those tough days. Today I'm taking a page out of Jesus's book on customer service and good attitude. Thanks Jesus - hope Costco management reads this and recognized you. Happy New Year.”

“I've worn hearing aids for over ten years. When I lost one of my aids last week I stopped by Sam's hearing center in the Plano store to see what they had. Leah helped me out and I was amazed. In my ten years of using a couple of different places to purchase and service my hearing aids I've never experienced such wonderful service!! Leah was so professional and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and why each step of the way. The product is great but the personal service is even better. “We were members of Costco for a number of years before we lapsed in 2015 and never renewed. We decided to stop in today and restart membership.Terri, Bill, and Charles were the true standouts here on today's visit(12/7/2023). The employees were so kind and helpful and answered any and all questions we had. Terri was able to get me signed up and approved for a Citi VISA Costco Card within a few minutes. She assisted me and my Mom with getting our photos taken for our membership cards as well as downloading the Costco digital membership app on our phones. Everything was efficient, quick, and easy. What I truly appreciate is the clear value for your money. Buying in bulk has its perks.The checkout process was simple as well. Charles was so pleasant, greeted us with a smile, and had a very professional work ethic. He also engaged in conversation with us and made us feel welcome.I appreciate the customer service we received here. You hear horror stories sometimes from reading google and/or yelp reviews, but I always tend to take those with a grain of salt. Looking forward to returning here for future purchases.”

“I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”

“Jan 2024: 4⭐: I would recommend this location.I stopped by this location to check and see if they had a specific type of fish and some office supplies. The parking lot appeared to be fairly clean and there was someone out gathering the carts when I arrived in the early afternoon. I saw several people inside stocking shelves and replenishing items that were out of place. All the clothing areas appear to be neat and some of the other aisles that I walk down appear to be orderly as well. I did not get a chance to evaluate the deli counter personnel on this trip, but maybe the next. There was sufficient parking space for both small and large vehicles. Stopping here with a vehicle in tow is possible because of the space and the fuel station was adequate as well.”
