The guy @ the DC location was a jerk! Glad I don't have to go back. There isn't consistency between locations. I've used multiple locations in the DFW metroplex. A few of the employees are great. The rest are rude.

Vicki, the store Mgr. met my every need. She gave great advice and caught my mistakes.

Be careful on the measurements !!!!! Also double check there measurements because 1 inch can double the price of your shipment. Luckily I made them check.
