“Located right next to State Farm, this place is part shipping center and part... oddity shop. They sell a pretty bizarre and random mix of items—everything from Turkish lamps and Halal vitamins to bakhoor perfumes, women's purses, Islamic wall art, wall clocks, halal gummy candies, forhead thermometers (?!), wallets and blankets. It’s definitely a bit of an off-putting collection, but the atmosphere is pleasant enough.
I originally went in to drop off a FedEx package, but their system couldn't scan my FedEx QR code (though a nearby corporate FedEx scanned it with no problem right after).
Even though the scan didn't work out, the guy at the desk was fantastic. He was super helpful, kind, considerate, and apologized profusely for the tech issue. The inventory setup might be weird, but the great staff and welcoming vibe definitely make up for it!”

“I had an urgent Mother's Day order with only a 2-day window, and the online system's delivery timeline was way too long to work for me. I called on Wednesday and spoke with Juan, who said he could get it done if I picked it up Friday. I notified Juan about me having a 3pm appointment on Friday, so I asked if they could deliver instead since I'm only 5 minutes away — and they made it happen. The canvas arrived on time and quality was great, and communication throughout was excellent. Juan and the team went above and beyond to accommodate a tight deadline. I'll absolutely be doing business with them again.”

“I purchase my labels online for my business and can scan and ship with their self serve option. I’ve never had any issues and always go in the morning the same guy is super friendly to help or let me know he’s there if I need anything.
I think people just need to realize how hard customer service is and if you walk in acting like a karen you deserve to be treated like one. Just be kind it’s not that hard and it doesn’t cost anything.”

“8/5/22: Michaela greeted me when I arrived. I explained that I needed help shipping a package, since the return label that I printed was larger than the box. She made a smaller copy of the return label and took care of it. She was very pleasant and pointed out a drop off box for any future drop offs that didn't require assistance. She made shipping a package easy, and was very nice about it. The only downside I've noticed on prior visits is that customers park in the handicap spaces without a placard or a handicap license plate. Even if only to drop off or pick up a package, handicap parking is for those who are authorized to park there.”

I've never had an issue walking in to pick things up or request information on things. He's definitely on top of the items he sells and was honest with me about his process and timeline when I asked if he does business cards. Michael's been working at this location for I believe 11 years and every single time that I come in he has been there working he is very receptive of the information that I've given him about what I've done. He is very patient and is encouraged to get the job done right the first time. The management team at the store is also awesome and helpful. So if you need anything done in terms of like office stuff, definitely come here.”
