“I just had one of the best experiences at this location. I go to UPS often and it's not every time that someone is extremely busy and has a level of patience, customer service, and the tentativeness that Craig just showed. Hats off to him man. He was the only one in the store and there were about four customers in there. One customer seemed like he had quite a bit going on but Craig was able to not only continue to help that customer, also help the remaining customers that were waiting in line, apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate us for the patience. Just overall awesome customer service and very informative as well. Craig, you're awesome.”

“Recently visited Office Depot and had the best experience ever with one of the team members, Fred. Fred was incredibly kind and thoughtful when we came in to print a poster. He took the time to help us, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything turned out perfectly. His patience and positive attitude truly made our day, especially since we were a little stressed about getting it done on time. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely helpful and considerate. Prior to visiting UPS, I went to FedEx but decided not to ship my parcel due to their poor attitude and behavior, which I found extremely unsatisfactory. In contrast, the experience with Mr. Cody at UPS was significantly better, leading me to believe that UPS provides superior service.”
“I needed to mail three bottles of wine, individually. The gentleman that assisted me did not have boxes that would work well but immediately called a supplier nearby. Unfortunately, they did not have the proper sized boxes either. Undeterred, the gentleman cut down three larger boxes to create the perfect sized boxes, then carefully and thoroughly packed my wine bottles. He was so nice and really went the extra mile to help me. I received excellent customer service and highly recommend OptaShip.”
“8/5/22: Michaela greeted me when I arrived. I explained that I needed help shipping a package, since the return label that I printed was larger than the box. She made a smaller copy of the return label and took care of it. She was very pleasant and pointed out a drop off box for any future drop offs that didn't require assistance. She made shipping a package easy, and was very nice about it. The only downside I've noticed on prior visits is that customers park in the handicap spaces without a placard or a handicap license plate. Even if only to drop off or pick up a package, handicap parking is for those who are authorized to park there.”
