“Update: got my new chair and its working. Thank you for your help fixing the problem. ordered my chair the Titan Pro iSpace 3D on Feb 21 2024. Since it was delivered it was not working. They sent someone to repair it twice and still it did not work. I submitted a request to replace it and I am still waiting. If they deliver you a working chair then its your luck day, it its not working then its the worst customer service to get them repair or replace it. No doubt I regret my decision to buy from them.”

“Our positive posture chair is fabulous, what a great way to end our day by a 30 minute massage. John and Michael were our two salesman that have been nothing but helpful. They’re very responsive (call/text) and knowledgeable, even after they sell of their chair there customer support is A+. They did not push the chair on us as the chair sold itself. If you have ever been to a chiropractor and know that feeling of walking out of the clinic, that’s exactly the feeling you get after each and every session of healing touches massage chair.
