“This review is based on the exceptional customer service provided by Craig Hammond at the Plano location of Relax the Back. I ordered a Travel Lite seat cushion over the phone to be delivered to my daughter who lives in Chicago. Craig took all the information he needed, but it was what he did after he got the information that was so impressive. The cushion was a birthday present for my daughter. I asked Craig if he could just put a note with the cushion so our daughter would know it was from “Mommy and Daddy with our love.” So, he took it upon himself to go to CVS to get a small card that he had his mother write and sign for us (he said her handwriting was better!). He timed the delivery of the package with UPS to make sure it would arrive as close to her birthday as possible but not a day later than her birthday. He kept me informed every step of the process! He sent me a picture of the UPS mailing label and the tracking number! My daughter got the gift a couple of days before her birthday and called us immediately to thank us asking only one question, “Whose handwriting is this on the enclosed card?” She enjoyed the story of how thoughtful Craig was to take care of literally every detail to make sure everything was perfect for her birthday. Thank you, Craig for your efficiency AND your thoughtfulness! Over and above service for sure!!”

“After 10+ years my old mattress became impossible. The foam just gave out. Joshua was a delight in helping me find a mattress to fit my needs and stay within budget! He also was good at explaining the differences in mattresses and offering various financial options, and even with delivery of my final selection the price was under my top limit. I like the eurotop very much! Also the delivery guys, Anthony and Irving were friendly and fast. 10/10 would shop again.”
