“Mattress shopping has become extra challenging these days - so many options! Over the years I’ve relied on Mattress Firm to help me find a good brand. Joshua at the Plano store was particularly patient and informative, I’m very happy with my Nectar mattress. Delivery and haul away of my old mattress went smoothly. Great customer service!”
“Kassy was incredibly helpful today when my wife and I went in. He was not pushy at all, instead, he was kind and informative. When we walked in, he asked us a couple of questions without making us feel obligated to purchase anything. Would absolutely come back in the future for a mattress purchase.”

“I worked with Matt, and after realizing the softer mattress wasn’t the right fit for me, he was extremely helpful in getting it replaced. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always quick to respond. I really appreciated the great customer service and would highly recommend them.”
“Craig couldn't be more helpful - best customer service I've had in a while. This is my third visit and I'll be going back soon. All products purchased meet or exceeded my expectations.”
“They were very attentive and helpful. They assisted me with everything, and the product I bought was much higher quality than what I paid for. I would especially like to thank Priscilla for taking care of me.”
“We purchased our second dining room table from Weir’s last month. We bought our first one from them over 50 years ago. Our son and his family wanted it for their home. Weir’s is wonderful for quality and price. Gabriela Hilger was most helpful to us with our new purchase and getting it delivered to us since we live 100 miles out of town.”
“We had such an incredible experience with Santanna! She answered all of our questions and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for in our mattress. We are forever grateful for making this decision easy for us.”
“Besna was really helpful with my purchase she was so nice and help us to get the best deal look for her if trying to get the best deals she’s really helpful and honest”
