“We experienced a death in the family and needed a suit quickly for my wife's father. After experiencing "take a number" upon walking into a nearby competitor, we came into ISW and were immediately greeted by Mo who (along with his manager Ben) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They were also very flexible and helpful with our needs with getting sizing, and getting the right suit for our loved one. It was a very positive experience and bright spot in an otherwise very difficult time, and for that we are thankful. We cannot recommend this place enough.”

“The team at the Bonobos Guideshop is top notch. I've been in there a couple of times and they are super friendly and knowledgable about the line. This is not typical retail, where they stock each item in every size. This is more like a showroom, where you can check out the styles and determine your sizing in their brand. (They offer a very extensive variety of sizes, cuts, lengths, ect.) This makes online returns a breeze, and was great for zeroing in on the perfect jacket fit. My husband loves their clothes, so I'm sure I'll stop in again.”
“I came to Vu's at the recommendation of my wedding planner, and I couldn't be happier. I had a custom suit made, as well as my groomsmen's suits purchased and tailored here. We were taken care of through the whole process, and I received a ton of compliments on my suit. I only wish I had more formal events to go to, so I could go back and get more suits.”
“My husband and I go into this location a fair amount and every time the customer service is stellar.
On a day we went in solely for my husband, the sales associate (tall African American guy) recommended a pair of jeans to try on, and literally they’re my favorite pair of jeans I’ve ever put on.
They go over and beyond every time for each and every person in store.
I’ve already told all my family and friends that if they need jeans and want a curated experience, this is the place to go!!”

“My first time shopping at Orvis was a great experience. They are dog-friendly and even have a special floor suited for dogs, so they really mean it. We went to purchase some items specifically for our dog, and even though everything we wanted was not in stock, the very helpful Scott got our items ordered to be delivered straight to our house. He was friendly without being overly pushy, which I think is rare these days. I will definitely be back for items not only for our dog but for me as well!”
“This was my first time shopping at a Brooks Brothers store, and I was truly impressed, especially thanks to Leanne (Store Manager). I came in looking for professional outfits that still felt feminine (which can be a challenge), and Leanne was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She showed me several great options and even took the time to order pieces that weren’t available in my size or preferred color combo. “The sales associates are the best. I went on 4/4/25 in the evening to pick up an online order. The package had no name. It was hard to find it. They spent almost an hour looking for it till they found it. I’m so grateful I left the store with my dress and a few other beautiful goodies I found in the boutique. Thank you ?”
“Third scrub store I've been to looking for my size in the color I needed. 3rd time's the charm because, although my size is hard to find, someone finally was able to help me. The other 2 stores' staff was unaware of what brands they had and just said to try another store. Planet Scrubs staff knew every brand they carried, even the sizes they had stocked so I don't spend long looking in the wrong section, and they gave me several options and even offered to order my size into the store if I liked a different color or style. He also kept asking why I didn't choose the one I tried to find out what I liked and offered me options catered to my interest. 10 out of 10! Best service at a scrub shop! Got some my size now, so people will take me seriously at work. (P.s. if you're small, don't wear oversized scrubs, your patients will think you're a student or not experienced enough to take care of them)”

“Your typical Kohl's. Nice big parking lot, easy access. Enter and you'll almost always know what season it is because they'll have some colorful items near the front door to remind you and inspire you. I do enjoy the selection of clothing for everyone in the family. Love their clearance sales the most! What I do not love is the check-out where you're funneled through a line. The problem is that people from the front and side of the store constantly walk in front of you, push others aside, and go to the back of the line, OR they downright cut in front of you. Not pleasant. The employees are okay, but the store seems understaffed at times. Anyway, if they have what you were looking for, it is worth it.”

Get some perfume from the best retailer in the business. They will gift wrap to just making the buyer to the recipient feel like they are getting something special, because you are special.

“Excellent shopping experience! The employees are extremely helpful and the store is beautifully organized with a wide selection of upscale menswear. This was my first in-store purchase at this location and I was immediately greeted and directed to what I needed. My five-year-old granddaughter entered with me and they gave her a crown sticker and made her feel welcomed as well! Since I was buying a gift for my husband, the lady working with me made suggestions, compared various styles of shirts to each other to show me how the different sizes aligned with one another, and she wrapped the shirts up beautifully so I could give them as a gift. My intention before entering was to purchase two shirts, but I decided to buy four! I did not feel pressured to buy anything, but their shirts were so beautiful that I splurged and purchased extras. I will definitely shop at this location again!”
“I went here yesterday and for some reason they weren't very attentive to really anyone unless you were waiting to checkout or at the fitting room, only the older lady was actually trying to be helpful and asked if she could help me find everything, overall not a bad experience, I just thought they would be more attention to their customers considering the fact that it is a premium/luxury brand.”

“I was looking for a suit to wear to a wedding and Sachin was the associate assigned to help me. I am short (5’3) so it’s difficult for me to find formal clothes that can actually fit me. I decided to go the custom route and Sachin was extremely helpful in getting all the measurements and deciding what alterations would look best for my build. 10/10 would recommend doing a custom suit, the process was a great learning experience and Sachin made it really enjoyable!”
