“I’d like to start out by saying Trish was amazing. Megan had mentioned I would get a full refund, but didn’t explain to me that it was just for the dress shirt. I tried on my suit a few days before my buddy’s wedding, and John Michael was in charge of putting all the items back into the bag, which he failed at. He forgot to put my dress shirt back into the bag, so I called Friday, the day of the wedding, and was informed by Megan I would get a full refund. So to my surprise, going into the store today to return my rental, I asked for my full refund, and I was told I wouldn’t get one. I mentioned Megan told me I would get a full refund. Trish stepped in, and I believe that was her name, but it was a woman and her name started with a T. If it weren’t for her, I would give this place negative stars if I could. She didn’t give me a full refund, but she gave me what she could give me. So thank you to her.”

“I walked in there needing a semi-formal fit to officiate a wedding. To my luck, Stephani was there waiting for me! I did not know what to get, but as soon as I showed her one color she was off to the races. Within 45 minutes I was walking out with a full fit that I know will slay the wedding that I'd also feel comfortable with. As a big guy, that is hard to achieve.

I recommend getting the scan. It got my sizes perfect and helped speed up the process. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back. The customer service was the best part of my experience.”

“Could have just been me, or my expectations of the outlet. But they didn't seem to have many options at this location Specifically for children's shoes. It was quite difficult to find shoes in either of my daughter's shoe sizes. Now the customer service was amazing. Not going to lie about that. But I just feel as though the store can have a few more options for the customers. Or even honor the in-store price for a shoe that's online.”

I love looking at their glass display items especially handbags! Their inventory is always stocked with a wide variety and prices so low you can't help but indulge! Almost every time I've picked up a clearance item there's been an additional markdown from the ticket price!”

I wanna tell you guys something. My daughter went into your store and typically, unfortunately ladies these days do not get the same respect men do or the same customer services men do. She loves Nikes Dunks!! In high school, A very popular Five star high school , she pretty much set the trend to what shoes for people to wear and if they’re not wearing Nikes, she’s a snob. (Even to me)
We were actually referred to go here which is almost a 50 minute to 1 hr drive, however; she likes to find that one shoe that everybody will stop and go ‘those are clean’ sneakers. Where did you find them.

They had so much to choose from she was literally in that store two hours not able to make up her mind. She stated that JT had all the patience in the world with her.
While she was deciding people would walk in and she would tell him go wait on them.

I was immediately greeted by Jonathan who not only educated me on their shirt sizing but fitted me with the perfect shirt size. He toured me around to show me what their sale items were, told me to look around and reach out if I had any questions. The service experience he offered did all the selling. I bought a dress shirt and scarf. Excellent job Jonathan and team, you earned a customer. Secondly, I did return the scarf the following day. I had the tags still on the scarf and receipt on my account Jonathan setup the previous day. The return experience was also an excellent experience. It took 2 minutes and was hassle free. A note to people shopping in general, some items may be a final sale and not returnable so if you're not in love with the item, don't buy it. ✌️✌️✌️”
