“I took my daughter clothes shopping today. I hate clothes shopping, even for myself. It's a painful experience every time. Today, we went to 6 stores and it was a nightmare trying to find stuff that fit her well and looked nice. Before admitting defeat, we walked into Buckle, and there we were met with an absolute angel of a young lady, Dariana. I said my girl needs new clothes, and she took over the whole operation! She was spot on for sizing up my daughter (and me!!!) and found a good haul of stuff to try on. I cannot thank this girl enough for her help. I have zero fashion sense, so clothes shopping for me ranks about the same as other people going to the dentist. Dariana saved the day. Thank you, sister.”

“I frequent SEVERAL Macy Backstages and the Allen location is quite possibly my FAVORITE one! The staff are EXTREMELY friendly, ESPECIALLY the management along with the (female) cashiers. Compared to other branches, this store is VERY well-organized and for the men's inventory, it's MUCH better here. If I resided nearby, I'd visit weekly like before and it's nice to feel GREATLY APPRECIATED, as a regular.”

“Wow, looking at the 1-star reviews couldnt be further from the excellent experience I had. I was immediately greeted by Jonathan who not only educated me on their shirt sizing but fitted me with the perfect shirt size. He toured me around to show me what their sale items were, told me to look around and reach out if I had any questions. The service experience he offered did all the selling. I bought a dress shirt and scarf. Excellent job Jonathan and team, you earned a customer. Secondly, I did return the scarf the following day. I had the tags still on the scarf and receipt on my account Jonathan setup the previous day. The return experience was also an excellent experience. It took 2 minutes and was hassle free. A note to people shopping in general, some items may be a final sale and not returnable so if you're not in love with the item, don't buy it. ✌️✌️✌️”

“I think it’s crazy how people make up stories these days just to make themselves look good. This customer, Akshay Talathi, apparently didn’t realize that other customers, including me, witnessed what actually happened. He got upset because he was told they couldn’t provide more bags due to a shortage, and instead of understanding the situation, he chose to make a scene. That’s not at all how he made it sound in his review. 😂 Kudos to all the retail workers out there! You deal with so much patience and disrespect from customers who think they’re always right. Retail workers deserve way more appreciation for what they put up with every day! 👏🏼”

He truly is an incredible manager and an exceptional leader. From firsthand experience, he was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and had such a calm and gracious disposition. What stood out to me even more was that I didn’t just experience this personally—I witnessed that same patience, kindness, and professionalism in the way he interacted with other customers and handled different situations throughout the store. I’m sure there are other amazing managers at this location as well, but Marcus is the one I personally had the pleasure of interacting with. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and leads his team well. Great leadership shows in the culture of a team, and I think the consistently positive experience at this location speaks volumes about the leadership and team as a whole.
