I've used Public Storage at the 3309 Alma Dr, Plano, TX location for ~5 years. Recently, I visited to check on some things. Thomas was onsite and went above and beyond to help me with a few questions / issues. It's people like Thomas and experiences like this that keep me a Public Storage customer.

I had a problem at this location. The unit I reserved online did not match the description when I arrived. I was contacted by Jesse, the district manager who was GREAT to work with. I had to move locations but he resolved all my concerns! Thanks Jesse for the awesome customer service...
