“I took my car in for a slow leak repair and was impressed with the thorough service. They not only fixed the initial leak, but also found two nails in another tire. While one was in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired, their diligence prevented a potential future issue. Since the tires were nearly new, with only 9,000 miles, I needed a quick replacement. As they didn't have one in stock, I went to the dealership. I really appreciate their helpfulness and their free tire pressure check service is a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend them for their excellent service.”

I'm leaving 4 stars because the work quality of wheel balancing is subpar. Seems like I always face this issue with the franchise Discount Tire when it comes to this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's the equipments they're using?
I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and the result is pretty bad, like around 4-6oz of off-balance (see picture). The tech from a different shop mentioned that some of the old balancing weight was left there too.”
“After 2 visits to other shops, stopped in for an inspection and their system worked! Before I could unload my laptop completely, it was time to leave. Great service! Then, I returned last Saturday because I couldn't figure out how to replace my fuel cap. Technicians have been fantastic and have great personalities. Thanks for saving me twice in October. “I needed two tires same day for my daughter’s car. The person I spoke found what I needed and set up an appointment. Turns out I called the (Dallas) Store which is quite a bit further for me in (Plano). No problem. He transferred the order, we showed up and they got us in and out under an hour. The staff at both locations were excellent. I highly recommend NTB for quality tires at a great price and top notch customer service.”
“After moving, I needed to find a new auto shop, which is always a bit stressful. You never really know if they’ll do a good job or try to upsell you.
I stopped by Kwik Kar near my house yesterday for an oil change, and Da-Kwuon took great care of me. The service was fast, straightforward, and professional. He also topped off my windshield washer fluid and added some brake fluid, which I really appreciated.
Of course, I’ll need to come back a few more times before making a final decision, but so far I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return.”

“I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”
