“I've been looking for a dependable car service business since we moved to Fairview a year ago. It took a while but Craigs Car Care has made it our top choice. With a 12-year-old truck, I find many places don't have the personal touch nor have a group of technicians that are knowledgeable and precise in all that they do. CCC does, and I mean everyone that I met from the moment I walked in, to the technician that test-drove with me, everyone is top notch. Clear communication and quick updates throughout the needed work. Finally, a place that feels right. Shoutout to Jason and GRZ for making me feel comfortable. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else from now on.”

“I've been a client of several different firestone locations ove the years and they've all managed to let me down eventually but not here. I've been coming here for several years now with no issues. They've always done right with my personal and business vehicles. The latest was them helping me get rid of some used tires someone dumped! Highly recommend”

“I came here yesterday in need of 2 new tires, and they got me right in. Mariah who was working the desk was so kind, informative, patient and most helpful. She helped me get the best possible deal that benefited me, after having a negative experience at a dealership where they were gave me faulty information on services I didn’t even need. I will be back! Great experience especially for someone who doesn’t understand all the car stuff.”

“easy to schedule an appointment on line, and they were ready for me when I showed up. Competent, fast, and done right. A list of additional items that need attention, but no high pressure seling to get them done. Waiting area is being remodeled so it is a little short on comfortable seating but I am sure next visit it will be different.”
