“We have owned several older, out of warranty, Lexus vehicles over the past 15 years. We have always had a great experience because they are honest about what truly needs to be repaired or replaced. Their prices are very competitive and once they repair something, it stays that way. They are good, honest people who deliver great service. I highly recommend Davenport to any Lexus owner.”

““HONESTY IS REPEAT BUSINESS !” AUTOBAHN SERVICE CENTER lives by this quotation ! I needed some work done on my BMW 750i. I called four German car specialists, and AUTOBAHN’s manager, RAY, quoted me almost half of what other three did. And RAY explained me over the phone what exactly is involved, while others wanted me to bring my car to them, and they asked for a hefty amount to do so. Another service manager, FARNOOSH, is also a very nice gentleman. AUTOBAHN is my GO TO service provider for all my cars. Finally I got a winning LOTTERY number ! …… Alan Goswami, Plano Texas”

“Had a PPI for a BMW X5 done here prior to purchase about a month back. I can't speak for the entire staff as I only had the pleasure of working with Shark. The service was above and beyond. He was more than helpful in explaining the PPI process along with anything I should be aware of. He also went out of his way to take additional pictures I had requested and talk me through some areas of concern I had prior to purchasing the vehicle. I plan to get my vehicle serviced here in the future as well simply based on the initial interaction. Shark is a 10/10.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Fix N Go. My AC compressor started failing again after another shop had “fixed” it, and I was honestly dreading dealing with car stuff again. These guys were the opposite of stressful. They were kind, quick, and upfront about everything. I really appreciated that they took the time and care to show and explain to me exactly what was going on. They worked with me on pricing and even rushed the process to ensure I had my car back in a single day. This is the type of experience that really makes you thankful for people who put passion into the work they do. From the staff in the lobby, to the staff in the garage and the owner, everyone here was pleasant, helpful, and created a great experience for a tough situation. ❤”

“I recently had a wonderful experience with the service department at Huffines Chevrolet, and I especially want to recognize my service consultant, Keith Overturf. Keith was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire service process. He made everything easy and was very attentive to my needs. Most importantly, they got my vehicle in and out in one day, exactly as promised, which I greatly appreciated. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service and to have someone who does what they say they’re going to do. Keith did an outstanding job, and I would definitely recommend him and the Huffines Chevrolet service department to anyone needing service for their vehicle. Thank you, Keith, for making my service experience such a great one!”

“Brought my car in with an intermittent “whining” noise from the engine or transmission. Andrew and Simon were quickly on the case and ran the car through its paces for a thorough evaluation. Turned out to be nothing requiring immediate attention. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of their shop. Most shops you cannot bring in a car with an indeterminate issue without being taken advantage of. These guys are tops. Chuck in Plano”

“Brought my Lexus in for its 60K mile service. They quoted roughly $450 over text and the final bill came in at $390+ - under quote, which basically never happens. Everything on the factory schedule got done: oil change, both air filters, brake fluid flush, tire rotation, full inspection. No upsell attempts, no mystery charges, and the 2-hour wait they promised was accurate. Honest, straightforward shop - I'll be back for the next service.”

“Very nice staff. Able to communicate well what it is your vehicle is needing and was able to show me a visual instead of just saying it. Had great discounts going at the time for what I was needing for my vehicle. Loved how the diagnostics were emailed to my phone as I was waiting for my vehicle. I also appreciated the clean and cool waiting room. 10/10 Do recommend.”

“Absolutely amazing to find people who care and are sensitive to my needs. I took an old Cadillac in and explained what I wanted. Jay thoughtfully suggested alternatives and listened to what I wanted and suggested something much better and more cost effective. He also pointed out a few things that were wrong with the car without any suggestion that there was an upsell to fix them - he was literally just being helpful and bringing his decades of experience to bear. Good value, honest work and it all happened while I waited. This exhaust has been bothering me for months and now in about 90 minutes it’s fixed. A customer for life.”

“Rehabilitated my 1995 Mercedes C-220 140k miles, to pristine condition under the hood, inside and outside the vehicle, it looks and sounds new! Detailed work estimates, found hard-to-find trim part, fixed sagging ceiling material all on a German car - couldn't be happier! Thanks Jerry and Co.!”

“My car was making a weird noise. They had difficulty replicating it, but they took a look inside taking things apart and found the issue anyways. I love how they’re relatively fast, but don’t try to go as fast as those “quick repair” places (a nice balance of timely and proper care. It doesn’t sit in the lot without being worked on, but they also don’t rush through the work). Their communication is also really good, they make it easier when multiple people share a car (one person can bring it in and another can get updates; perfect for families). I don’t like how they have a tendency to keep the car running while checking out, I’d much rather just take it out from being parked so less gas could be wasted. It’s a relatively minor complaint though.”
