“UPDATE: took the Sequoia back for a little checkup prior to taking a long road trip, which we haven't taken in yrs, and oh my gosh....they called today just to make sure we were happy with their service and to say they would be praying for a safe trip for us! Who does that these days? Dustin....thank you for that call and your faith. I know this might be an issue for some, but as for me and my house, we serve The Lord! God Bless y'all and your call meant so much! Y'all are the best!Initial Review:Have an older SUV, a 2004 Toyota Sequoia to be exact, that we purchased as new....other than the usual maintenance, we hadn't put hardly any money into it until now. We had taken it to our usual Toyota shop for a brake light evaluation, but they found it to be in need of a lot of other work as well....mainly just general wear and tear like the shocks, struts, fuel injection cleaning, etc. With the brake sensor issue, all total, we were looking at over $10k. Decided to take it somewhere else for another estimate and we decided on Christian Brothers which we had never used before. After their own assessment, they came back with a few additional items like hoses, and minus one thing Toyota recommended, but our cost with them was $3k less than Toyota! We were ecstatic! They answered all my questions and stayed on the phone with me explaining things for as long as I needed - I never felt rushed or like I was asking silly questions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends, and they will be our new go-to shop for whatever we need done on our vehicles! “I was pretty shocked when I first looked this place up to see on Google and Yelp they have 5 stars.....because that is VERY rare for an auto shop! Now that I've been here a couple times, I can see why they have such high ratings. Ray and Alan are who I've worked with both times for my Mini Cooper, and they were awesome. With such high ratings, it makes sense that they're always extremely busy. However, they were always able to squeeze me in in a relatively short amount of time. I didn't feel like they overcharged me for anything, which is also rare for an auto place. Even just waiting in the lobby and seeing the kindness in the way they speak to every customer, really made me feel at ease. I hope I never have to see them again haha, but if I have another car issue I will be back FOR SURE!”

“We want to thank our technician Wasim. He called me immediately after I scheduled with AAA, and arrived at our location very promptly. At first we thought it's just a jump start issue. He found out that the previous battery was a wrong battery installed years before by other AAA technician at that time(sigh to that). He replaced with a brand new one for us within the AAA warranty. He went above and beyond. After he quickly installed the battery he sprayed the anti corrosion and also give the new battery a test. My husband and I truly appreciated his help.”
