Very bad service from the Asian lady who works here at this location. She likes to yell at others, has no patience for anything, she's rude. They should give her a course in human relations and teach her how to deal with the public. That's what she's paid for, or to yell and make people feel bad.

Chinese lady at counter was so rude! If she hates her job she needs to find a new one! Never in my life encountered a rude person like this at a post office. She needs a class in customer service.
