Employee on a personal phone call made me wait for service & Can’t send out more than 3 packages at a time here???????????? And employee didn’t know how to enter a government address into the system ?????? Too many post office too close to make this your problem too

I arrived right when they opened and I was the first person in line that day. The lady at the counter was very helpful with a complicated shipment including sending a prepaid return envelope and a money order.

This place is really disappointing. The Asian lady working there is extremely slow, moving like a turtle. Customers are lined up, waiting patiently. I understand that many postal workers may not prioritize excellent service, but they should still try to improve.
