The cashier was so kind and we even rang out and let other people go and got back in line just so we wouldn’t hold up the line. I’m so very grateful I was able to purchase 3 baskets full of dog and cat food, toys, and treats!! They even helped us to the car. Was such an amazing experience beginning to end!!

2770 FM 365 Suite C, Port ArthurI've taken my Cavalier Long Charles Spaniel here for years. Everything is usually great; appointments kept, service and haircut wonderful and as expected.
The only complaint I have over the years, is the lengthy time from drop-off till pickup. Usually more than 3 hours. This puts my doggo through more anxiety than necessary, and surely could be improved?
Overall, I'll continue to take him there because there are limited other options locally, and he always looks great. The staff are friendly and courteous. Just wish it was faster.

I can't recommend the fried chicken unfortunately, I'd expected a batter fried sothern style fried chicken and it appeared it was just a skin on chicken breast fried in a pan. That being said, literally everything else in there is top tier.

8005 Memorial Blvd, Port ArthurWe had a delicious meal at Cheddar's! We were exhausted from driving all day. I'm not sure we were even talking in coherent sentences. Our waitress was sweet and helpful. Our food was delicious. I had the Pot Pie and dinner salad and it was delicious. The chicken melted in your mouth and it tasted homemade. My husband ordered the meatloaf, baked potato, and Caesar salad which said we're all excellent. They were very pet friendly with our two little Shih Tzus in their pet stroller. Service was speedy. The ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and comfortable. What else can I say?

8575 Memorial Blvd, Port ArthurFirst time to ever go to a Texas Roadhouse. Would not dine in based on inhouse staff, but would definitely order to-go again. Based on entry, friendliness was lacking and professionalism. When you walk in and see employees more busy socializing then to acknowledge you when you first walk in, generally not a good sign. The gentleman that took my to-go order was more friendly and professional. The food, was made promptly, packaged in a manner that it wouldn't get soggy or smashed, and it tasted quite amazing. 10/10 for the kitchen staff/chefs. Definitely worth visiting for the food.
