Took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
I was told that there was one vehicle ahead of me.
It should not take 2.5 hours to change oil and rotate tires.
I will not be returning to the establishment for routine maintenance!

Horrible experienceOil light is still on?after almost 3 hours and an increase from $21.50 to $79.95 for a oil change?New ownership?Now I'm told I need to go into my car settings to complete the job they were paid to do.Thank you for the great customer service I will always remember my visit. Not in a good way
