This rep allowed me to email my marriage license because on top of the other location telling me i needed my husband there, she told me I didn’t need my marriage license as well. “I stopped by here yesterday to correct something I screwed up when setting up a new account online. I've always used big banks and this was my first experience with a regional. There was no line (a refreshing difference from a big bank!) and I was greeted by two employees. Christina is the one who helped me sort out my mailing address issue; she was thorough and she was pleasant to talk to. She also introduced me to the bank manager and I had a good conversation with them both. The three employees I chatted with there all seemed very friendly and experienced, and they were a joy to be around. I'd recommend you go to this location, don't go to the one at the front of kingwood by 59, it's too busy up there. This is the location to go to. What a great staff!”
