I love it in these local dollar general's stores these stores are every where in these areas but my 2 favorite are the one past carquest on the loop down towards east river and the one off 2090 west of 59”

“I want to thank the manager Najelly for assisting me with an issue I had with my pick up order . I asked the morning manager if she can still pack my order that was cancel due to system issues so I can just pay for it when I got there and manager told me okay. I told her I should be there within the hour. When I got there a rep told me that the manager said to advise me to come for my order when she was there.( as she had went to the bank) . I ended up going back in the evening thinking she will be there as rep told me manager will be there all day today. The morning manager wasn’t there and Najelly took her time to pack my order and my neighbor’s order ( my neighbor order i accidentally order at another store). Najelly customer service is amazing and she’s very empathetic and sweet. Thank you Najelly for your amazing work and great customer service!”

“They usually have everything you need but I prefer Family Dollar over Dollar General Family Dollar's little cheaper and a little more of a variety I also like Dollar Tree that's my favorite place they have a lot of things but cheap lovely doesn't hurt the pocketbook we can come out of there without a frown on our face like we just got robbed LOL”
“Pros: good selection at low prices, a great place to get many everyday items and especially things like sodas, snacks and other junk food type itemsCons: disheveled shelves, less than clean and nice environment, lines are often long and it takes a long time to check though one customerConclusion: if you are looking for low prices on many grocery and pantry as as well as sodas and other "junk food" this is a great place to go. One must temper their expectations to accommodate the fact that it is not a "nice place" like Aldi's or other small grocery vendors. One most also be patient since checkout is slower than average compared to similar stores.”
“The manager is absolutely awesome! She'll go out of her way to make sure you find what you need or to help you search for something that was lost in the store. A pair of glasses set down by accident and she helped us look for them. She was so helpful!!”

“This is a nice and spacious Big Lots, there is lots of parking, and the day I went the Sam's customers had overflowed into the parking lot (they may want to remark the parking spaces, though). Staff very nice, too”
“This a big Dollar Tree! The biggest I've been to. They are pretty well stocked and have a few things that other Dollar Tree's don't have so there's a wider variety of products. And they also have a larger selection of bath , hygiene and beauty products! Customer service is great as well!”

“I just want to say there was a young man who came and cleaned this store up I can’t remember his name but has since left and went to another DG store. Hire more ppl like him. It’s been a few weeks and the store is back a disaster.”
“As per Dollar General's business model there is practically one in everyone's neighborhood so hopping in and jumping right back out is easily doable any weekday on through the weekend. Convience is key with any social or family gathering. Most prep items, cutlery, condiments, drinks, or drinkware needed are a moment away & no one need forget ice. You will find most everyday items in the store for under $5 and it would shock me to ever see anything over $10 which makes monthly budgeting a breeze and holidays to die for! My only complaint is the staff interaction is usually limited to the register only & very few are either helpful answering questions nor do they seem pleasant. This criticism is actually based on at least 4 stores I regularly frequent, 2 others somewhat infrequent and 5 cities I have resided in throughout the years, being such a long period of time I thought I'd mention it perhaps the management may wish to give their staff new training options, you never know(sometimes a fresh outlook is a game changer)!!”
“This place was crazy today! Shelves were stocked ( mostly while we were shopping) and staff communicated well amongst each other ( over the tops of aisles) for me it was loud but have no actual complaint about store or employees.”
