“I have mixed feelings about my experience with this store.
The staff have always been friendly, the store is clean, and it’s obvious they care about their birds. I originally left a 5-star review because of the positive experiences I had over the years.
However, after owning two birds purchased from here, I feel it’s important to share my long-term experience.
I purchased a cockatiel here about 4–5 years ago. Despite years of patience, handling, and training, he has remained very nippy. About a year ago, I purchased a green-cheek conure from the store, and from the day I brought him home, he has also been very nippy and only tolerates being handled for short periods. I brought up my concerns and was told that it would improve with time, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.
I understand that every bird has a unique personality and that no one can guarantee a bird’s temperament. I’m simply sharing my personal experience after purchasing two birds from this store that have had very similar behavioral challenges. For comparison, I also have a 7-year-old cockatiel that I got from Craigslist, and I’ve never had these handling issues with her.
Because of my experience, I don’t feel confident purchasing another bird from here. That said, I still trust them deeply to care for my birds when I’m out of town. The staff have always treated my birds well, and I’ve never had concerns about the quality of care they receive while boarding. I hope sharing both the positives and the challenges helps others make an informed decision.”

“Awesome experience. We used to feed our boys other brands of food from our local big box retailer. However I had no idea what all ingredients can be in those foods until I met Mikaela. By her recommendation of GO solutions duck formula, it has tremendously cleared up our English Bulldog’s itching and musky smell. Our Basset’s ears have never been cleaner as well. She is very knowledgeable and provided what I consider a world class shopping experience. Thanks so much for your help Mikaela. Would give 6 stars if I could.”

“I came here today for the first time and needed help finding what I was looking for. The employee there was super helpful and walked back to the item to show me where it was. Overall I'd say I paid a decent price for the tie cable I got for my dog. It's stationed pretty good and deep in the ground and so far he hasn't escaped off it.”
“after a really sad experience with a different dog the find a pet in humble was a very great experience. daisy helped us through the whole process and was really understanding and helpful. we had a million questions and she was quick and friendly with her responses. we love this location all the girls here are really helpful”

“You have the can dog food that my husky loves.the employees are always so nice and helpful. My only complaint is,I'm not going to pay 10.99 a bag for blue buffalo treats green apple and yogurt or any other flavors. Need to lower the price, tractor supply they are 6.99 everyday, wal mart 5.99;everyday but Petco they are 10.99 a bag,that is way too much of a markup, not quite a 1000 percent markup. That is why I got two bags today and not at Petco the other day.”

“The vet part is nice. The staff is helpful and informative. I recommend going here for your vet needs. I adopted two dogs from the shelter and took them both here. They got them their shots, told me what dog food they recommend for my babies needs. The staff was very patient with Sawyer. He was very scared but he was like that when we got him. And they made him feel safe. Sawyer is very sensitive and scared of everything and he’s a big puppy. I’ve never had a dog like him before and the staff handle him like he was a new born baby lol I loved it!”
“I come to petsmart very often for my puppy bella and there is always a sweet girl named Jasmine she is so kind and personal while doing her job perfectly she is a amazing worker for you team you need more just like her. When you go to petsmart look for her register such a sweet girl! In other experiences there is another girl working there named Veronica she is extremely rude, doesn’t look at you in your eyes, has a horrible attitude. “Tech was helpful and patient with our Thunder. Dr. Feder was beyond amazing! She listened to our concerns and was very informative. I did not feel rushed like at most vet visits. Bethany at the front was sweet and had a smile on her face from the moment we checked in. Will be returning to this location.”

“We get our dog food and chicken feed from tractor supply. I prefer this location because they are friendly and prompt with our orders. Since I'm disabled I order ahead of time in the app ( saves money over time as well) and then go by to pick up the order. They bring the feed out and load it up without any problems. They also have tools and such and I frequently check out their clearance and sale items.”
