“These ladies are so helpful and nice. Have not had an issue at all unlike the Cleveland post office who I’ve had an issue with since day 1 moving here. These ladies always have a smile on their face and are willing to help, maybe they need to train the post office in Cleveland to learn customer service skills because the rude ladies over in Cleveland don’t know what customer service is. Never had an issue with picking up a package here. Please don’t change your ways ladies, thank you for everything that you do.”
“I drive an extra 10+ miles just to patronize this USPS location. The speed of service and ultra competency of the staff is the reason, and as a small business owner when I am taken care of so are my customers which makes all of the difference. From bulk parcels to sensitive letters I have had wonderful experiences working with this location, and personally logistics have always seemed like a labyrinth to me. Shout out to Edwin and Tee for not only being super patient and assisting me to the fullest, but in also explaining things to me along the way for my edification. Five stars isn't enough! “This postal office gets extremely very busy especially on passport walk in days..I can say this, these workers handled thier job like a champ, respectfully, and take time to patiently listen to each of our issues,explained all my concerns well explanatory.
