“We have constant issues with our mail delivery but the service desk is one of the best. The short hair lady that works there goes above and beyond to share knowledge and help every single person that comes through the doors. She is exceptional. Thank you!”

“I was there a little before open to mail a normal parcel. Their drop box, was surprisingly full and my package could not be placed in it. There was a postal worker seeing my and my struggles. Frustrated, I made the only decision I could, take my package and come back later. Im getting in my car when the postal worker exited the building ,approached me at a distance, and asked me if she could take my package. Great customer service.”

“These ladies are so helpful and nice. Have not had an issue at all unlike the Cleveland post office who I’ve had an issue with since day 1 moving here. These ladies always have a smile on their face and are willing to help, maybe they need to train the post office in Cleveland to learn customer service skills because the rude ladies over in Cleveland don’t know what customer service is. Never had an issue with picking up a package here. Please don’t change your ways ladies, thank you for everything that you do.”

“So prior to coming here I saw that there were quite a few negative reviews regarding the postal workers negative attitudes towards patrons. I will say that it seemed that there was a very strong effort put forward to apologize for the wait while customers were being taken care of and overall I had a good experience myself.”

“went in today to submit my passport application, i had made sure i filled out the form prior to my visit so everything went smoothly. i was greeted in with warm smiles and friendly employees, and the gentleman that helped me with my passport was very efficient and friendly! i was only in for about 25-30 minutes (since i did show up about 15 minutes early to my appointment,) and it was all done! now i just need to play the waiting game to get my passport :)”

“The bad reviews really don’t match the service I encounter every week. Nine times out of ten if someone says the employees here have a bad attitude they brought a bad attitude to them and got what they deserved. The employees here go above and beyond and are professional every time I go here. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Every business you go to has a long line and some people have to understand the world doesn’t revolve around them. No one works there to cater to one type of people, they service ALL individuals. Remember the early bird gets the work they open at 8 a.m. Mon-Fri. Thank you to the postal workers at this office.”
