“So far so good, just moved in the unit a few days ago. I didn't know how to lock the unit, and the customer service agent that works there Miss Sheila was sweet enough to help me, and answered all the questions I had.”
“Great Storage facility with both AC and non AC units. Been with them since they first opened the facility. Great and trusted folks to work with who are always attentive to your needs. Never had any issues with them or the facility. Highly recommend.”
“This place is AMAZING! The owners are kind, caring, and treat you and your belongings like family!! I highly recommend this place for your storage needs and the prices can’t be beat! 24hr access and security cameras everywhere!”
“Nice, new facility. Owner seems to have a genuine interest in keeping tenants happy and their possessions safe. Only reason only 4 stars is gravel only. They are supposed to pave eventually.”
“Ronnie and Jeron are wonderful to work with! They genuinely care about their customers and take great pride in keeping the facility clean, secure, and well maintained. If you’re looking for boat, large vehicle, or RV storage in the Kingwood area, I definitely recommend Kingwood Oversized Boat & RV Storage.”
“I was dealing with Tom and he does an exceptionally good job and providing for his customer’s the importance of service in the easiness of renting a storage facility from your location.”
“Econo storage is everything you need for storage. They keep the place looking good. Nice sizes and good prices. The manager and team are the nicest people who care about everyone who comes there. I recommend them highly- you won't get nicer people than them. *****”
“I've been a customer of this family owned and run storage facility for going about 5 yrs now. They are very friendly people who are communicative with their tenants. As well as very understanding when life throws you a curve ball.
And in these economical crazy times you truly can't beat their prices.
I truly wouldn't want to have a unit anywhere else.”
“I’ve been storing a few things here for a while now. I’ve gone through my ups and downs and thee management here has been beyond accommodating. The pricing is some of the best I’ve ever found. There’s no secret fees or tricks. It’s just genuine people running a genuine business and I’ve never felt like my property was safer than here. If you’re storing anything literally anywhere else, I’d switch without hesitation”
“24 hour access which is a must for an on call business and the staff is excellent friendly and very helpful. These guys are great and the place has great security and fair prices. Highly recommend!”
“I'm not sure what these ladies are talking about. Matthew Erikson owns Freedom Storage down the street next to the stripes gas station, when I was there had nothing but trouble from him. I came here to 1314 storage because the lady in the front office was nice and the owner, whose name is James, is a genuinely good person. He's always working around the facility making a better place. I recommend for anyone looking to store their belongings to come here first.”
