“I was just checking out the place before Robert rented a place. So I hung out here for under two hours just crushed through the second floor and some of the first. It was nice and chilled it wouldn't matter if it was wine cloths or guns. Very temperature controlled. After a 2 mile walk down 59 in the dead of heat it felt amazing.”

“The process of renting the storage unit was a breeze. I had my stuff moved in 2 hours after I hit confirm purchase. Regardless of me putting my things away later than when I started renting the unit, they had already sent me an e-mail saying it was ready to move into the second I payed. Very accessible units and just a seamless process overall. Highly recommend.”

“Manager Natasha, is AWESOME! SHE'S AT THE LOCATION RIGHT OFF OF BELTWAY 8 GOING WEST AS YOU MAKE THE U-TURN AT WILSON RD. JUST PAST WAL-MART. NATASHA IS GREAT! NICE, RESPECTFUL, UNDERSTANDING, AND SHE GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL OF A DISCOUNT AS I returned to public storage 😀 👍🏽 I highly recommend 👌🏽 public storage as a storage place for your things. They have indoor ac units so you don't have to worry about the outside storage and heat! They are open 6am-9pm. Just BE out by 8:30-8:45pm. So you don't get locked in. Very secure, need customer code to in and out of gate, plus when going up the elevator 🛗. Coming back down you don't need the code. Parking is good. Has two exit gates. And they do have outside storages if needed. I prefer inside with AC!!! they'll work with you too if your monthly bill gets too expensive. Plus you have insurance for your belongings included in monthly bill. Thank YOU NATASHA 😊 AND PUBLIC STORAGE STAFF! HIGHLY SATISFIED.”

“Kings Mill Storage in Kingwood is a very reasonably priced, well-located storage facility with possibly the nicest owners in town! The place is clean, easy to get to, and the owner makes you feel like you're the most important customer she's got. I have always felt very safe going there and even after a couple of tropical storms, my stuff has been perfectly preserved. I can't speak highly enough of this facility!!”

“If you are coming here to load up, you will have to back into the church parking lot next door (not into the circle K). Just be sure to stop in the center turn lane, first, and talk to them, they will do their best to hold traffic for you. It's a busy road, be careful. Overall, a good place to load up, relatively quick, the guys are friendly and very professional!”

“Great Storage facility, 100% happy. I had things in there for years; even through the big floods/hurricanes we had in Houston nothing ever flooded. Climate controlled meant everything! Ms. Sonya is fantastic front office personnel, very good person. I would 100% recommend. If I need another storage, I definitely using them again.”

“I really like the friendly service. The staff is very helpful. I started out renting a 10x15 at a reasonable price compared to other storages. I was given a free lock and was offered to use their moving truck for free. Later on I rented a mailbox that I still use. I needed to stor my classic car and ended up renting another storage. The storages are clean. I have not seen any rodents or trash. Im a very late payer and still have access to my things. These people will work with you with friendly considertion. I see that people rent spaces for boats and RV's. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime.”

“I have bought and paid off 3 trucks. Definitely pricey but they definitely work with you and many vehicles are in great shape. In house financing doesnt give you good credit on your credit record. They wont really lower the price much but they work with your budget to make it work. Always had great customer service. And they will call you to make sure you pay on time. They have online payments and You can use that to buy the next vehicle. So yes I have paid off 3 vehicles and my credit is nowhere for the better but I have never got a lemon. and the trucks I have paid off were really awesome and I have been happy!!!”

“This is a review for Humble Storage as a U-Haul rental location. We had a death in the family and needed a rental truck that could go out of town ASAP. The other locations on the U-Haul website were either sketchy, didn’t return messages, or their phone numbers were no longer good. I was getting panicky. Humble Storage had trucks available and the staff (Tony) was so helpful. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and arranged things for me easily when I really needed the help. The rental went perfectly smoothly and I am very grateful.”
