He was patient and kind spring the process of cutting my lock(because I lost the keys) and transferring our units. If you’re looking for a storage that’s customer oriented and does everything that they can to keep your service, this is the place. Thanks Austin!!”

“Just signed on with this extra space location on Pinehurst Trail Dr. last week. I was never a fan of the fact that the company charges you for a lock no matter what, BUT the manager at this location, Taylor, made everything so easy. Usually they don’t do refunds, rather w store credit but Taylor went above and beyond and filed for a refund back to my card! I wasn’t in to return the lock at first but when I came she had already processed the refund and had my return receipt ready for me, all without me even having to ask. Great service overall. Loving our unit so far!!Only downside is that this location doesn’t have app access to open the gate, but I won’t let that affect my rating for it! I’m an old fashioned guy anyway :P”

The place is clean, easy to get to, and the owner makes you feel like you're the most important customer she's got. I have always felt very safe going there and even after a couple of tropical storms, my stuff has been perfectly preserved. I can't speak highly enough of this facility!!”

“This is a self storage. 70 deposit and $70 a month. For a 5x10. You get your deposit back after clean vacate. The manager was very nice and commentating. Storage is very high. These reasonable. And a free key. Most places you pay $10.”

“If you are coming here to load up, you will have to back into the church parking lot next door (not into the circle K). Just be sure to stop in the center turn lane, first, and talk to them, they will do their best to hold traffic for you. It's a busy road, be careful. Overall, a good place to load up, relatively quick, the guys are friendly and very professional!”

“I really like the friendly service. The staff is very helpful. I started out renting a 10x15 at a reasonable price compared to other storages. I was given a free lock and was offered to use their moving truck for free. Later on I rented a mailbox that I still use. I needed to stor my classic car and ended up renting another storage.The storages are clean. I have not seen any rodents or trash. Im a very late payer and still have access to my things. These people will work with you with friendly considertion. I see that people rent spaces for boats and RV's. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime.”
