“My truck developed a pretty loud exhaust leak and I took it to Christian Bros. Atascocita because they've done repair work for me in the past and I trust them. They discovered a crack in my exhaust manifold and replaced it. I'm very happy with their customer service. Johnny and Lacy are especially friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend them for future auto repairs.”

They advised against what I wanted to do and stated that I didn't really need the service. That speaks volumes about their character. “This company did a great job on my 2017 titan xd. My transmission wouldn't shift past first. I called my normal transmission guy and he doesn't work on anything past 6 speeds. I called two different dealerships and was told I would need a new transmission at $10,000 their cost plus installation. I found this company using Google maps. I talked to the owner and he told me that it was probably the valve body and to bring it in. Got it to him and he diagnosed it as a bad valve body. He was right. They put in a new one and it is working perfectly. The price was great. I am happy I called them. They saved me thousands. This company is honest and they do great work. I waited several months before posting this review. They earned all 5 stars and I will use them again.”
“I had a perfect experience at West Lake Houston Automotive. I had a problem with my air conditioning not blowing cold and also getting outside odors while on recirculate. I was charged a fair price and they communicated well. The repairs were done on time and everything it’s working well. I don’t think I could ask for a better experience.”

“I am one to not judge as if I’m suppose not to but the way I felt about Universal transmissions had me feeling like I was mistreated but then Scott came out of left field and helped me understand what happened in our experience with his establishment he told me after speaking to me it touched him cause of the conversation we had prior to excepting his services so he dug down and found out what had happened got it addressed and both sides us and his establishment were squared away I really appreciate Scott for taking the initiative personally and helping my family out kudos to you Mr Scott I highly recommend him and his establishments to anyone out their looking for transmission work call and talk to Mr Scott and again thanks to Scott”
“So far so good. Took my car for tire issue, got fixed and then car keep acting up, took it back
check and repaired at NO extra cost. Just need it something simple.
Second time my ac, paid the check up and my car didn't seem to have any crazy expensive issue. Guys helped me ans no drama.
So far they been my fave mechanic, they're take responsibility for what they fix and do. Had ac, transmission etc and still recomend and go back.”
