“I desperately and on a whim brought in my car after dropping off my kids at school one morning, a few months ago, because it kept on stalling out every time I braked. I still had my 2 yr old with me and was feeling overwhelmed about the potential cost and wait time. The man who helped me was so kind and honest, he checked out my car real quick and he told me that it was due to low oil. He could have taken advantage of a desperate mom who knows nothing about cars, but he looked at my car right away and told me his thoughts right away, no charge. I was in and out in 5 minutes. God bless you, sir, whoever you are! That reason alone is why if anything does happen to my car, I will immediately choose them to work on it. I very much appreciate integrity, not many people have that quality in this type of business anymore.”

“We got a 6-inch lift on our truck from this location a few years back. Just recently been experiencing some alignment issues, so we went to see if they would honor an alignment for us. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was very polite and helpful to us. They aligned our truck and double-checked for safety free-of-charge to us. We are so very thankful to the staff here at USA tire in Humble/Kingwood. It's so hard to find genuine customer service these days, and it means alot to recieve it. Highly recommend this place. “I am deeply upset by the mistakes made by this auto repair shop, which could end up costing me between $10,000 and $15,000 in repairs. Initially, I visited them for a seemingly straightforward alternator repair, but the ordeal stretched over three weeks. Each time I thought it was fixed, new issues arose. John, one of their technicians, appeared diligent and worked hard to identify the problem. However, David’s attitude was quite the opposite—he seemed indifferent to the errors made during the alternator installation. Unfortunately, after about two weeks of smooth running, my car broke down again, and this time it was worse than before. Unable to return to Humble, I took my car to the dealership. There, I paid $249.99 for a diagnostic, only to discover that the repair shop had haphazardly crammed the alternator in, leaving wires loose and disrupting the computer system. Now my car sits idle in the driveway, completely nonfunctional. Despite reaching out to John via text, I received no reply. To add insult to injury, I had paid $1,090 for the alternator, and yet my car remains unusable. I sincerely hope this repair location faces consequences for their negligence. Their claim of being able to fix any vehicle is clearly misleading, and their lack of concern for customers is disheartening. I am seriously considering pursuing legal action through small claims court to seek reimbursement for the fees incurred. It’s a matter of principle. I suspect that John and David either provided the wrong part or used a refurbished one—how else could they have botched the installation so badly?”
