“Such a brilliant start and end to the holiday. Owner has so much time to show you around the RV, he will run through everything and twice if you are unsure. Shows you all you need to know and is super thorough. Gives you tips on fueling etc also tips on how to return the vehicle. On return he could have not have been better also, not over fussy, very friendly, realistic about usage of equipment etc. Had a couple of little issues with the vehicle equipment and sorted everything out with ease. The sorted us details of a cab to the airport. Big thanks to Randy and his team, dedication above and beyond in our eyes.”
“I rented a 12 passenger van and a recall happened the week before the rental making availability of the vans very limited. The Budget location emailed me and we were in constant communication about this issue. They were honest and told me they likely wouldn't have one so I could line up alternatives (and not have to ruin my daughter's 14th birthday party). Even though they gave me this honest recommendation, they came through with the van just in time and everything worked out well.”

“The customer service side of things was great!
I rented an auto transport trailer here.
Which worked out great by the way!
If I’m nitpicking, on the equipment itself, the ratchets to the straps on the trailer I rented were rusted and tough to operate.
Fortunately I was wearing work gloves but could have jammed my finger otherwise.
Not sure if it’s simple, like WD40, or if they need replacing. But that could have been better.
Overall a great experience and would return to do business here again. Thank you!”
