“I don’t write many reviews so when I do it’s either very good or very bad. And I will say buckle has the best customer service of any retail store I’ve ever seen. I just happened to do my exchange at this location but I have also shopped at the Woodlands and Memorial City locations and each time their employees are so friendly and always willing to help you. Typically I just buy jeans for my SO but I will be shopping there for myself more solely due to their amazing customer service.”

“Y'all, I love this local, woman owned shop. I ALWAYS find something I like here, whether it's earrings, a scarf, shoes, a cute top...they've got the cutest stuff. They carry a variety of styles from graphic tees to sun dresses to business attire and beyond. The owner is super friendly and helpful, she is almost always in the store. The inventory is always changing, so if you like something, grab it fast. Oh, and if you see something you like on their Instagram, you can ask them to hold for you and then pick it up in 24 hours. It's great! I will always stop by this place when I'm in Kingwood.”

“I like this clean and well stocked store and I love the clothing. The workers are usually helpful and once in a while a snooty lady is working here or someone is having an off day. But no one is perfect. For the most part they are helpful, considerate and don't make you feel bad if you're just looking. My son took back a pair of pants, to exchange for me today, and he says the ladies were very nice. He said two ladies asked him if they could help him. I appreciate that they did the exchange and had the item shipped to my home since the size is out of stock in the store. My son is kind to all. I never wish for him to be put in an awkward situation so thank you bunches for taking care of him. God Bless.”

“I found this place last minute shopping for a Mardi Gras gown... So glad I did. They had lots of great dresses, in all sizes. Tbe woman who helped me was very nice and helpful, not pushy at all. I was able to try on 7 dresses within 30 mins & found one I loved for under $50. Bonus. I was short on time, but was able to spin thru the store enough to know that I want to go back and look at EVERYTHING! (there was a lot of cute clothes there along with shoes, bags, accessories, etc.)”

“Hello this was my first time ever in Bealls and I needed a grey outfit for church I found me a beautiful blouse and as I was getting ready to check out the manager asked was everything okay I asked her yes but do y'all have any skirts she said yes we have a few will guess what I found a nice Grey skirt the only one that had and it matches real nice with my blouse so I purchase both and I was so happy with the manager her name is Liz and the cashier name is JC she was nice as well so I will be going back to Bealls in the future and I will make sure I let somebody know about very nice clean place and the staff is wonderful thank you the singing customer.”
