She didn’t just point me in a direction—she really took the time to understand what I was looking for, the style I wanted, and how I wanted everything to come together.
She helped me build the entire outfit piece by piece—the boots, the shirt, the belt, and the coat—and every detail was perfect. You can tell she knows what she’s doing because everything matched, fit right, and gave me exactly the look I was going for. I walked out feeling confident and ready, which is exactly what you want when you’re preparing for something important.
What really made the experience stand out was her attitude. Brenda was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. She wasn’t rushing, she wasn’t just trying to make a sale—she was focused on making sure everything was right.
Employees like Brenda are rare. Her level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail deserves to be recognized. She truly went above and beyond, and in my opinion, she deserves a raise.
