“This place is incredible. It smells sooooo good. You walk in and you immediately feel at peace and ease. The prices can't be beat. The quality of the merchandise is impeccable. There is one serious drawback.... choosing what item(s) to get is next to impossible. One could EASILY spend an entire paycheck if you're not careful.Another amazing offering are the weekly events to build a community. Some of the events are meditation, sound healing, reiki. So glad Native McKinney is part of the community.”

“Such a fun shop! Each booth is filled with unique items, you never know what you might find. Great place to stop by and find stuff from vendors. Caution, if you are taller than 5'7" the upstairs area ceiling will be frustratingly low (and potentially claustrophobic)”

Ricky, the owner, personally reached out to me and after a lovely conversation, all previous issues are resolved. It became immediately apparent that my previous experience is not the standard nor expectation. Ricky truly cares about providing the customer with the best experience, and I appreciate that he took the time to connect with me. Home-ol-o-gy has stunning pieces of art, furniture, and decor, and I look forward to visiting again to see what else I might find. ?Thank you so much ❤️Poor customer service. After visiting this store before Christmas and eyeing a beautiful tray, my husband went back later to purchase it as a surprise. A nice woman helped him - she unloaded decor from the tray and then wrapped it up, without examining it or giving my husband the opportunity to inspect it. When I opened it Christmas morning, I noticed a large imperfection. It looked like a candle had been burned on it and left a heat mark. We tried to return it immediately after Christmas, but they were closed. When we were able to return it, we were greeted with the policy of "no returns, no exchanges" but would be able to have a store credit. All I really wanted was the beautiful tray :( They did not have an exact replacement but one that is just as pretty. However, at no time did the sales lady apologize. In fact, she subtly accused us of marking the tray. Left feeling disappointed and insulted. What a negative experience.Service: Home decor selection”

Was great and Actually meant it when she asked if I needed help finding something and wheni came up with 50 pound bag of feed she offered to load it in car and loaded feed into car and told me she would have loaded it on cart too. I didn't expect help but it appreciated it. She apologized for last bad experience. Had I known it would go so well this time I would have bought more..”
