“The store wasn't busy when I went in. They had alot of different phones and cases for them. I think the store needs to get into selling better, cute cases, different designs. The staff was very friendly and talkative. Somewhat limited parking i just went when it wasn't busy. I've had this service for a very long time. And we travel a lot. I get service everywhere I've been. I've had Tmobile,Sprint,and AT&T. Now AT&T owns Cricket, so it's even better!! But at the end of the day, I've had Cricket for over 20 years, and they are STILL CHEAPER monthly. Even 4 phones unlimited talk & text was under $130. I'm a fan of Cricket fire life!”
“I visited this location for an ongoing issue regarding service, warranty and swapping of phones. The perplexity of the situation spanned across multiple days, and numerous employees, including Connor, Jonathan, Jovanni and the manager Will. The inherent technicality involved in the field results in unavoidable wait times and unforeseen issues. I felt inclined to leave a review upon reading other reviews that were complaining about these things. I believe unreasonable expectations do a disservice and detract from the streamlined and personable experience the above employees provided. I have visited many T-Mobile locations over the years with variable experiences, however this Princeton location stands out due to consistent reliability. The employees operate as a team even amongst numerous individual customers, ensuring your issue has been approached from every angle. 10/5 stars”
