“Shoutout to MJ and TK ! They did an amazing job!!! When I entered the store I was greeted by multiple workers which was so refreshing because I had just came from 2 VZN stores and not one person spoke!! MJ was super transparent about the wait which I appreciated and got us checked in right away. When it was time for our turn TK was extremely patient and helpful. I was transferring from another carrier to T-Mobile so I was nervous but she did an amazing job from start to finish! I highly recommend this location and we will be returning for our family needs.”
“Very quick fix! Didn't have to wait long at all. I needed the glass replaced over my camera on my phone. They replaced it within 30 minutes. Awesome service! It was a reasonable price as well. Definitely will come back if I end up having the same problem.”

He transferred my old phone to my daughter, got a new upgrade for me and even worked to lower our account bill. Worth driving here even if it’s not your local store!
