In 15yrs of Verizon loyalty this was the very best experience we have ever had. Will be returning for all Verizon and phone needs in the future.”

When I entered the store I was greeted by multiple workers which was so refreshing because I had just came from 2 VZN stores and not one person spoke!! MJ was super transparent about the wait which I appreciated and got us checked in right away. When it was time for our turn TK was extremely patient and helpful. I was transferring from another carrier to T-Mobile so I was nervous but she did an amazing job from start to finish! I highly recommend this location and we will be returning for our family needs.”

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent, and the shop itself was very clean and well organized, which I really appreciated.
