“UPDATE: Kris reached out to me this morning and came and made it right! They inspected the box to see it was really dirty and that's why the key isn't working and assured me they will be cleaning it out so it is usable but they have taken all the keys for now to get the key holes checked to make sure they're all good and usable.

Appreciative for caring and actually trying to fix it!

Would like someone to get ahold of me so I don't have to CONSTANTLY go in person...I tried to call but cannot seem to reach anyone at this local office...TWO TIMES NOW I have gotten packages put in the cluster box at Monticello Park and the E2 box key hole is BROKEN, YOU CANNOT TURN IT TO GET YOUR PACKAGE. I TRIED, MY HUSBAND TRIED. WE TRIED WITH ALL OUR STRENGTH, IT WON'T BUDGE.

I am sick of having to go up there and ask them to place it in a new box and wait 24 hours to get it placed in another locker box.”

“Of all the years we have lived here, rarely have we had any delivery issues. I had a notice my delivery was delivered on the porch. After two days, and connecting with my neighbors, I called the post office. Not only did they take my concerns seriously, the driver was able to find out package and bring it to us. Thank you Farmersville USPS. YALL ROCK!”

“I want to give a big shoutout to the front desk staff at my local USPS. Every time I stop by, they’re courteous, patient, and incredibly helpful—even when the line is long or things get busy. They handle questions and transactions with a great attitude and always take the time to make sure everything is done right. Their professionalism and friendly service really make the experience a positive one. I truly appreciate all their hard work!”

“A USPS Dallas carrier mis-delivered an entire buggy of my town's mail, to the town next to us (Nevada). I had an important and expensive package in that mix-up. To avoid having to wait around all day (again) for this package, I took a chance and just drove to the Nevada USPS location to ask about it. I don't know his name, but a gentlemen there was nice enough to go through the bin and find my package for me (so that I did not have to wait around another day.) Thanks again, Sir!”

“Sushmita was very helpful and fast / efficient with fingerprinting. She was also very kind and sweet. The post office was busy with a long line as usual but they still handled my request quickly and efficiently. This is a very busy main post office so I think the employees are all doing the best they can. Thank you all for working hard and taking care of our needs!”
