“I think it was Kathy? I can’t remember her name from front desk but I was having a literal crisis and she pulled tooth and nail to get me in to have my pup seen same day. She was the sweetest ever. The vets were also so kind and patient with my dog cause she’s so skiddish but they were absolutely amazing. My pup was showing signs of improvement the exact same day we took her in and gave her all her medications. I normally don’t do reviews but seriously this place is amazing.”
“The vet who operates this office is beyond amazing and kind. She has taken care of all four of my animals. We recently had to make the decision to let our 16 year old dog go to doggy heaven. She was patient and kind throughout the whole process. She spent about an hour just talking with us as we grappled with making the difficult decision. She truly is a rare human. She is not the type to suggest procedures or treatments that are unnecessary in order to make money. She is constantly advocating for both fur baby and parents. I have never met a vet with so much open passion for her job and those she serves. If you view your animals like a family member and not just a pet then I recommend taking them to this location. I went through several vet offices before finding this one and I'm grateful to have found it.”

“Awesone senior dog vet hospital, very clean, went for a staple removal after our 14.5yr old dog was operated on. They were honest with me about the medications and continued care for our senior dog. They will take care of your old pal.”
“I really like Dr.Lane and his staff. I have used him to vet my animals for many years. I have also used his office to help when animals have been found. They were able to scan for microchips and contact owners so that pets could make it back home.”
“My dog has been here a couple times since and everyone is great. The workers are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor is considerate, listens and works with you to come up with a treatment plan that works for everyone. They present all options and let you choose, without being pushy and don't seem to be concerned with selling more treatments/services. Recently my dog passed away and I called to ask if they do cremation (they do). Without my saying who I or my dog was the woman I spoke to asked if this was for my dog, Avery. She gave me the pricing and said to call when I arrive and they would come get her from the car. I don't know what standard cremation prices are but I felt the amount they gave me seemed reasonable and dropped my dog off that afternoon. I highly recommend this office because they are caring, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable.”

“I have been taking my fur babies to this Banfield Pet Hospital for 7 years now. They are always accommodating and understanding. My pets always are happy and not ever nervous when picking them up. Just well cared for and loved. The optimum wellness plans are affordable and really great for my pups as well.Front desk Taylor is just an angel and understands how crazy life gets. She helps me each time and has the sweetest smile. My dogs are healthy, well behaved and love their doctors and techs.”

“We took our dog in today to get him all fixed up. He has been in pain for a few weeks and was a little scared but the people here were AMAZING with him! I'm so grateful the staff is so well trained in dealing with big strong dogs because I couldn't hold him still by myself. They treated him with such care and love and really informed me about what his issues were. After the visit and all the meds he got we were expecting a large bill, but this is by far the most affordable place I have ever been!”
