I went the other day to set up a joint account with my husband. I met this banker Andrea and she was so funny and sweet . I usually hate going to the bank because sometime they forget we don't have finacial lingo like they do and she kept to where I can understand and even interested in applying for home loan.

They changed their hours. Closing time on Fridays is 400P. That is not very convenient for those that can't leave work early to cash or deposit a payroll check. Of all the days to have later hours, please make it Friday.
